The five cars that you DO NOT want in GT6.

All past SEMA Pro-Touring winners, we don't need more oddball musclecars with off-sounds, we need more 2JZ Lexus. :D

This thread really should be called "Cars you wish effort wasn't put towards by PD"

Only the various models of the same car bug me. PD should just take one Premium model, and then model the other editions off of it with their minor changes. Lol I already started with The MNP GT-R, just take a normal R34 and get the MNP paint chip...

Anything with less than three wheels gets my vote for exclusion, other than that I can have fun in anything on GT once I put the toolbox on it!!!!!!!!!!!!:indiff:

I don't understand, why do people not want the Veyron in the game?? It's a real car. it's the undisputed king of technology/innovative car. and there is only one copy of it in the game.

Instead of saying the stupid mini vans and the ugly and slow 40hp cars that no one ever drives you don't want the Veyron in the game??? LMAO

Becasue it's merely a status symbol for the ultra-rich, and not an actual sports car.

The lunar Vehicle UNIMPORTANT. God what has the world come to..
It's important for humanity, but not for a racing sim, we must contextualize the importance of things.

Anyway I think the inclusion of the lunar rover is a brilliant marketing move, is an interesting news that captures all media.
Personally I'm curious to try it and see the moon made by PD.

Since when has GT called it self a Racing Simulator.

It says on every single cover "Driving Simulator"

I don't want imagined cars like RedBull x2010, if this is real driving simulator then why this car is there in a first place??

No redbulls no stupid stuff like that. Lunar car also not welcomed at all.

List any five variants of a base GTR.
GTR of any generation but GTR all the same.
V-spec, V-spec II, M-spec, Nur spec, onemorewaytomakeanothercaronmylist-spec... Get over it PD, we get it... The GTR is awesome and we all love it but no one cares if the interior leather is different and the spring rates (that will be changed by our in-game adjustable suspension) was tightened by .1111111 of a .LBS. :irked:

First of all I said "unwanted" not "unimportant" like you stated. Is it going to drive like it does on the moon (having same gravitational forces) ? .. I don't think it will. So what's the point ? .. If it will then yeah should be fun in jumps  .. I'd rather have a 1000 hp dune buggy

Whether its a Veyron, or boat, whenever there is a song about something particular many people spend a lot of their lives around and then you get an over-priveleged child who shows selfishness towards everything whom is the most two faced mother:censored: the planet has ever seen, then the world hates both the object and loathes in the performer.

In my opinion, the Veyron is nothing more than awesomeness in engineering. Aside from kids running down the mulsanne to ram into each other, let them be, make your own lobby and move on. I mean, can't we give the French a break? Sure they make some horrid looking things,

but that doesnt mean we should hate all marvels of society. Does this mean we should hate the Audi Sport (that's like a sin for me to say) group who have done nothing but to innovate the motorsport world? Or should we hate NASCAR for whom chooses not to innovate, and increase the risks of danger by staying more than decades back in motorsport logic? Or what about NASA. Should we hate spending billions of dollars on a project which wouldnt be any different from looking through a telescope? Or what even the LFA, whose technology created after the millenium is a decade late in production?

No, we dont do that. We push and strive to put more towards our indulgence of knowledge. To say that we hate a car or show massive dislike for reasons uncontrollable to you, is saying that the President, Chancellor, or whatever rules over you should not be in power because he/she has more eyelashes on the left eye than you do on your right. There is no sense into making disputes between that, because that is the fact. There is no one else out there whom want to challenge a company who clearly own at what they do. Otherwise, Bugatti would've made the biggest flop in history and be out of business, dead and gone.

Now as to the super-rich we see drive these cars irresponsibly, Natural Selection will takes its course, and we will win after so. In my mind, if you dont own a helmet, gloves, shoes, and a suite, you shouldnt be allowed to drive it. So that is basically 99% (that is clearly a guess, otherwise id show a link) of all owners.. Poof, our twelve yo's on the servers in real life are gone. So, would you still show a dislike to the car? No, you express your opinion to those who trash their names for the sake of profit (as you can tell, your probably getting my point as to what categories i dislike).

So, on that bombshell (always wanted to say that), ask yourself what you think is the source of the problem, and not the peer pressure that resorts from your "friends" around you. It may take a few hours to figure out, but you'll get it..

So? Not everyone needs to be a Lotus handling sports car. Many people enjoy driving these fast cars and for some Gran Turismo is where dreams of made. a little kid playing with a Veyron might give him a new motivation of wanting one in real life.
I will happy disagree with you about this because I still think the Veyron is a great car in general. the technology and innovation behind it is like nothing else and lets not forget it's still one of the fastest cars around the top gear track.
I think it's a beautiful, mean, aggressive, and a "don't **** with me" kind of a car too with lots of personalities.

I remember back in the days when GT was about being able to race the car in your driveway on your own television set. Cars such as a Beetle, or Forester or even an Accord. Nowadays the car list seems to be infested with supercars and racecars, such as the Veyron itself. I mean how many people own a Veyron in the real world? I know I don't and never will. Being able to drive your own car in a video game Is one of the things that made GT unique amongst all of the other car games that were and still are about driving the latest exotics you'll never be able to own. It does seem like a bit of the soul of GT has been lost throughout the years as PDI tries to cater to the crowd which wants to only drive cars they won't be able to.

What's the point of that?? a racing game or any game in general is all about fantasizing. Not everyone has a super car so it's neat that we can drive/play with super cars in a video game.
Why would I want to drive my Accord in the game when I have it in real life and I can just put the keys in and drive it

Point of what? The initial idea behind what made Gran Turismo? I don't know, why don't you ask Kazunori?

Again, ask Kazunori. He's the one that made GT with that idea in mind. He himself even said that was his idea with Gran Turismo.

I'm not asking Kaz. I'm asking you.

You're actually asking me to explain the point behind Kazunori's initial idea of Gran Turismo? I can't answer that. Only he can.

I'm not going to ask Kaz because he obviously understood that if he wants to compete in the race gaming market he needs to add more fantasy/high end cars to his games.
but you apparently want the "old times" where he only put sports cars/common cars in the game so that's why I'm asking YOU what the point of that is, not Kaz.
