This is amazing...

Being a Texas fan, I watched the Marques Goodwin touchdown live. It was pretty hilarious that Marine taking offense to his team getting scored on. He needed to get used to it though, Texas took a knee to end the game about 1 yard away from putting the score into the 70s.

Kinect :D OH SH-

I love gifs like these. It's like when you picture a possible funny moment, as bad as kicking a cat into a camera, something you'd never do, but then someone else does it and uploads it to the web for us all to see.

I don't really see what's funny about kicking a cat, even if it is accidental and the cat is ok.

I agree. Expect daan or another helpful friend to edit this. I love my cat. I don't even want to consider how much that must've hurt the cat. Though, cats don't expect that human beings are able to overcome Newton's laws of inertia, I must admit. I have been VERY abruplty stopped by my cat, *before* walking into him. ===> He follows me around the house. If I get up to go somewhere else, he follows, but gets in my way, stops, and tries to figure out where I'm going. He actually understands "jump up," "downstairs," and "bed." <== Better behaved than the family mutt.

Well, I thought it was funny. The cat seems OK and I'm guessing it was an accident. You should see what they do to mice and birds... ;)

The point of my thread:

- I love cats
- Cats do run in front of feet
- I still don't want to see a cat get kicked.
Maybe, if nothing else, post the URL, with a little "this is a GIF of a cat being kicked."

Its not funny as in "oh lord, I'm rolling on the floor laughing in tears!" funny.

Its funny in the unexpected situation of the cat timing its run to the guy's foot to get hoofed across the room. The first reaction is: "Oh my God, a flying cat!". I mean, the cat just looks strange being hefted all that distance and is spinning around. The second reaction is going to be: "Awww, is the cat alright?".

Because it was an unexpected development in the gif, I had a nervous and a rather loud outburst of laughter. Mainly based on the weirdness of the situation.

Its funny because of the situation and you can see that the dude doesn't intend it to happen as well, as he doesn't see the cat at all until its already flying towards the camera. Now, if the dude was waiting behind the wall and maliciously kicked it across the room to the camera, that's a different story and would deserve a reddit/4chan exposure.

Its like the gif of that dog that jumps on the big ball and does something like 5 flips off it. No-one complained about it, everyone saw the comedy value of it. This is a comedy of a big mistake that was unintended.

Anyway, I'm only just highlighting why people find it funny without being rude about the cat being kicked in the first place.

Then why are you on the internet in the first place? You'll always see things that you don't like. Just don't comment on it in the first place or view it once you've worked out the subject matter of the gif/video/website/picture. I've come across some distasteful things online before, my simple solution is to switch off viewing the page or change the website.

The gif thread used to have loads of Pony stuff in it, I simply just didn't comment on it and ignored it. Then the contribution got better once everyone moved away from the Pony topic.
