What dub would you say this version is? And also, does it include an extra stage? If not, where can I find the extra stages?

The Tokyo Pop versions came in individual DVDs some year ago and not as a boxset. FUNimation rescued the license and redubbed it.

It's totally the FUNimation set since it's the SAVE lineup.

I'm not sure if they licensed Battle Stages and Extra Stages. But Battle Stages are just the racing scenes, some with different music. Extra Stages are more side stories that have to do with the side characters, mainly Iketani and Mako & Sayuki IIRC.

Yeah, I do know that it's like an alternate ending, much like EoE and NGE (sorry if this example annoys you, lol).

Come to think of it, Otonashi could just move on because after all, the Angel Players that screwed up the entire aftelife world were destroyed by Yuri. I don't see any foolproof way of making them return so yeah.
