But you won't have a physical release with great premium packaging. The digipak is like made of the material used on Evangelion 2.22 (I've felt it only at a Best Buy rack, I don't own that movie yet.).

My Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal Blu-ray (Import) and FUNimation Dragon Boxes pale in comparison to Fate/Zero in terms of packaging quality, and more.

Dimensions are 950x195. Don't worry about adding Anime Review Machine to it... the ARM logo floats above the banner image. With that in mind, make sure the cool bits that you want people to see aren't smack-dab in the center where they'll be covered up by the logo.
