THIS IS REAL, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!

Just before the preview image loaded, I hoped you posted a trailer for Eva 4.0...

Yeah... New FLCL sounds cool, until you realize it's not really necessary and has no chance of being as great as the original.

For instance, the soundtrack. They've gotta use The Pillows, otherwise it just wouldn't sound like FLCL... but the original anime used most of their best songs already.

Oh boy....

@Cano where art thou?

Yeah, saw it. And

This. I'll be aprroaching this very very very exceptical. I don't think I can take a minute of this if there's no Pillows. Also, I truly feel that the new production team won't get the spirit of the original at freaking all. And let's be serious here, it's not going to be as amazing as it was eleventeen years later when most anime productions can accomplish the original's level of graphic awesomeness.

I dunno, I feel like it's gonna be a mess.

32 episodes into Master Keaton, and it's been on one helluva roll... It's been consistently great, with a good handful of really amazing episodes.

Y'all should check it out if you haven't. Especially if you dig Bebop or Monster.

Looked for it. Pretty sold. Will try to check it out 👍

Started watching Cardfight: Vanguard. It is mostly a friendly card game anime which I can enjoy but I like how the characters are portrayed and how they interact with each other, especially since it doesn't fit the tone of the overall show some of the times.

Episode 24-25 though was just so depressing. One of my favourite characters in the show got a sudden backstory that not only came out of nowhere but explained her Character being reserved (despite not needing it) but was executed really well and how the 2 episodes ended was very beautiful :) that carried over to future episodes.

I'm disappointed by the lack of Erased in here, and even more disappointed by the lack of art from you guys.

But most disappointed by the fact that bust shots are still the only thing i can do that's even slightly presentable :indiff:
I am probably going to Marathon it soon.

Well, it's already done. Better hop on to it (and be disappointed).

At least it had enough steam to last 9 full episodes before the intrigue died. That's longer than most single-cour seasons I've watched in recent years. Plus the ending wasn't complete balls either (especially when you see what they did for the live action movie). Merely the culprit turning out to be the only obvious suspect and lead-up through episode 11 which felt rushed to hell.

Having never read the source material, I can't tell exactly how much was sacrificed so that the anime could be crammed into a 12 week slot, but it was definitely noticeable after Satoru's coma.

For the most part, it seemed like a good enough adaptation and one worth watching if only to enjoy the first 3/4 before things come undone.

That feel when Germany turn a 2-0 lead into a 3-2 loss:

Dat Cruyff (RIP) turn tho.

Heaven's Feel Preview Out. One Image but the hype train is there.

Ufotable is splitting it into three movies. I'm excite for Medusa/Sakura.

And, surprisingly, SHAFT is directing and producing Fate/Extra. Bring on the Umu.

Both will air in 2017, which is a bit of a shame. Guess everyone will play f/go until then...

I wonder how fate/extra will turn out. It'll be nice to have CCC in there

So while i was browsing for some Anime, i found this cover:

At first i thought it was another car flick. Turns out its about an alien thing. Its okay, but kind of misleading at first sight -___- I dont know that anime yet.

Since it's SHAFT, it'll probably have a lot of Nero's story in place through conversations or something. Also SHAFT head tilt.

Turns out its about an alien thing

It's more about the discovery about a new dimension than aliens. Actually, I don't remember seeing an alien in it yet. Just a lot of story about prototype coils that link the current dimension to dimension W.

Also, there's an LFA appearance halfway through.

I already added Dimension W to my "Plan to Watch" list. Some other titles are currently in my queue (the latest is Schwarzesmarken).

If it helps you watch it any sooner, every sound on the 2000GT is..correct. As is the LFA. It was actually surprising to see. There's also an obvious license use for Pentax cameras.

I think this episode of Yugioh ARC-V is probably going to be the last time we ever see Card Games on Motorcycles in the entire franchise, since Episode 99 ends the entire Yugioh 5D's Dimension Arcs with a normal Duel and we move on to the Yugioh Zexal Dimension Arcs, where I expect a lot of characters to get killed off just like in Zexal.

It's been a blast watching Card Games on Motorcycles again and I love all the 5D's throwbacks including Jack, Crow, Lazar, Crimson Dragon, 5D's Shadow Duels and the Earthbounds Servants referencing the Earthbounds Immortals.

Great, now I have this mental image of Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez having a Yu-Gi-Oh duel.
