Maybe it's an age thing, not to make you feel funny by saying that. But you're young enough that maybe you see inspiring role models as your favorite characters, while many of us are old enough to see girls we'd like to, um, spend time with... I mean, Asuka seems like such a nice girl, right? For conversation and stuff... uh... yeah...

Although you're not quite the only one, there's a Kamina avy out there, too! And mine was recently Shinpachi.

Actually Asuka isn't my favorite just because of the different body parts she has that I don't. I love the inner conflict her character has and how it makes her behave towards others and her character progression. It was pretty powerful to me. Of course being an A+ super hot perfect German redhead doesn't hurt anything 👍 I'd definitely spend some time with her (when she turns 18 of course?)

What Sephy said. I like Misato for more reasons than just her physical assets.

There are definitely some great male characters too. But when you've got a great male character versus a great female character who also happens to be smokin' hot, it's quite easy to see who comes out on top.

And yeah, pick up the pace, AOS.

Not to sound like a stubborn donkey, but that kills the purpose of transparency when i have to crop off the cape. The point of these avatars was to eliminate "the box", or the borders of an image. Believe me, I tried to look for more images where stuff wasn't cropped off, but it's unfortunate that Kamina's flamboyant cape just has to be so massive. I kinda saw this coming... therefore I'll see if I can get creative with the ruleset I already have.

tl;dr version: Won't fit in the canvas without cropping the cape on the right. Find me an image where nothing is cropped on the top left or right side. Bottom is fine.

edit: or what if I took out the cape in that image altogether?

Regarding EVA..... I've got tons and tons of ongoings I'm watching, so until those are done......

Firefly is one of my top 5 favorite shows of all time! And Jayne is awesome. There's a theater where I used to live (about 2 hours from where I live now) that plays Serenity every year. And they serve beer! Of course I love Mal (because it's frickin' Nathan Fillion!!!!) and Kaylee (Dayummmmm!!!!!!) but Jayne is just awesome.

Edit: and I'll top you and say Firefly is one of my top three TV series of all time, after Dr. Who and I'm not sure what else but just to be safe I'll say top 3.

Edit 2: and yes, Jayne is such a straightforward character, no ambiguity in his values system. Get what you can for yourself, and if you're not, you're a douche, and if you get in the way, prepare to be shot or knocked senseless, and none of this fuzzy touchy-feely stuff Mal, thank you! (protecting dangerous cargo for ethical reasons instead of ejecting it, I mean come on!)

Did you ever watch Drive? It was a show that aired on FOX a few years ago but like all FOX shows it was canceled after a few episodes. I initially started watching it only because Nathan Fillion was in it but as soon as the plot picked up they decided not to have anymore episodes...

Good news AOS-! I have dredged and come up with several possible examples!

This one'll be a treat if you want to fiddle with colors, and this is the first one I found. Workable, I guess.

The face is a bit weird on this one, but still usable, I don't think the face will be visible on an avatar.

Artsy. Perhaps too much effort for too little gain.

Fuzzy. This one I also like, I'm not sure if it'll still be fuzzy in avatar size. Whatever.

And I suppose if you want to have some fun with Photoshop, This... Actually, that won't work. It's awesome anyway, take a look.

for all of you that said you&#8217;d check Gunnm out, as I said to Sephy earlier, do yourselves a favor and please do it, it&#8217;s long but it&#8217;s never tiring, the art is nothing short of astonishingly epic and the character development and plot are very cool, a big staple of the cyber-punk movement that has seemed to fade in the recent years.

Just be warned: it is extremely violent and pretty graphic, but not uselessly so, it doesn&#8217;t detract from it one bit.

And now let regular TV out of here, please.
