i'm still waiting on some other groups to catch up with anime empire in planetes. 4/9 eps of planetes subbed by anime-smpire were totally screwed up and shaky, unfortunatly they are the only ones staying current with it :(

oh yeah, i was up intil like 4 am last night putting together a demo of an rpg maker game i've been making for the last year and a half =D
this was more of an explaination to people of what i've been waisting my life on for the last while :P i know ths bit prob doesnt bother behing in the anime thread, but this and the anime girl thread are the only two i check anymore :P
 
has gundam seed came to US yet because i hate waiting two days for one ep
also has anyone seen the second season of FMP

the seed ending was pretty gundam dramatic, but i think ive seen it once before

love the budweiser thing! makes it more worth the wicked (just turned 21 on monday)

yeah i couldnt get it to work initialy,so i just went back and made another, get back to work my peons! a very cool tool. thanks, and merry christmass too.

its customary just to go to random people and give them items for christmas, great way to meet other players, the assassins are unusualy generous. :) just put down another $32 yesterday to reactive for the next three months, for the christmass events it was worth it :)

unfortunately this is another christmas in a far away place, but ragnarok makes it worth while.

just a few words. just finished watching intial D first stage(that's how you call the first 26 episodes, rite?)... and, well, it wasnt that dissapointing. the series has a certain charm to it, I dont know. the cars are cool, even tough I aint really into import ****, but they are cool indeed. the characters are a little lazy, all of them (im talking about character building) and that friend of takumi... he needs to be shot. most anoying anime character ever (yeah, even more than asuka, or, say, Keitaro or a smuffin like dat) and the chara design is... erm... how to say it? oh, yeah, ugly as hell. the car rendering, on the other side, is very good, and the sensation of speed is very well achieved most of the times. lack of history is the name of the game, altough I never expected a high-story plot, just an entertaining series, wich it fulfills entirely. not as bad as I tought, but I still deleted it :D

my fave car? I'll take that blue sileighty :drool: 👍 and put a good grip-racing suspension tuning on it, then kick some ass.

you really should, just be patient, patience is the name of the game when it comes to rayearth. the beggining, like, say... the first 15 eps, it looks like the everyday magic girl story. but when first season ends... the shock truly begins. that is the total climax of the series, ad I must say it IS a danged climax. just check it out dude, you wont loose a thing.
as for the "drifters gift" well, I had the series in my HD, and I tought I'd give it a look before deleting it. I had seen just three or four eps, and wasnt very interested as you might recall. but hey, it aint that bad. I also liked the 32. the part of "tocata and Fuga" they play when it appears is very fitting :D

i agree itsuki is annoying, he does get better tho, so does the looks of the characters, itsuki doesnt look as weird.

and you like the sil eighty eh? i suggest watching the extra stage, it is all about mako and sayuki :D

The only thing I hated about Initial D (1st Stage) was the 20th episode, where Iketani never gets to meet up with Mako, that sucked so bad. :irked:

The character design certainly throws you off a tad doesn't it? :D
You don't see a lot of anime series which draw lips the way it was done in 'iD', you don't see that much detail when it comes to lips in anime period (except for women)

You had to bring up Asuka in your other post didn't you? :mischievous:
Besides, Itsuki wasn't that terrible, he's the comic relief cut him some slack. In the 2nd stage he's a little better, not to mention drawn way better. In fact the characters are drastically changed in the next stage in comparison to the first.
But at least you checked it out, that's cool. 👍

Edit: If the cars are appealing to you then I recommend the Battle Stage. Some great music tracks are in there too IMO.
 
they aint really appealing. Id rather see a 71 Challenger kick the toyota's ass, and THEN a primered, flamed blown 34 Ford do the same thing downhill. but I will check them out if I can borrow them from someone.
And I dont care, Itsuki SUCCCKSSS enormous time. Comic? I never laughed at that dude. pathetic I'd say :D
I laughed more with Takumi's dad.
