I want new NGE. Like, completely new...not the Rebuild movies.

Maybe something like NGE Next, or NGE Evolved/Evolution.

I think there's some kind of alternate universe manga called "Shinjji Raising Project" that's apparently pretty good, though I'm not sure if it's actually fan-made or not lol
 
I believe that is official. I've been wanting to read it. Actually I'm very surprised that I haven't yet...

Oh it's the way I read made it sound like this is the only place that said it was good whereas all the other places said otherwise lol. Everyone I know who has seen it thought it was awesome.

If there's another anime from the nineties you could watch other than NGE, you gotta go with Bebop. It's a classic (in anime terms). I'd go with Sephy and say watch it :D!

Gotcha. Mine isn't but for this show I didn't want all that hard drive real estate being taken up by one anime and I think the not awesome quality will make me nostalgic lol.
