And for Naruto, I don't mind the filler. In fact, I think the best thing about the show is the relationships, and the filler is the best thing for reminding us of who everybody is and why we should care about them. Yeah, the action will be great once we get back to the main storyline, but honestly, at many points, I felt like it was too action/plot driven and started to leave too many of the great characters behind.
Really? I really like Naruto but I just can't stand the fillers. I understand that the story can't go anywhere but if only they would just make something interesting out of them. But no, it's always some side story so bad I can't make myself watch them.
I understand how you feel about great characters being neglected, I thought so too. Many of the characters that had a significant role in Naruto are left with almost nothing in Shipuuden. While they show up in fillers, that's still not enough to make me stand them

Seems like. I don't care about marathoning this time. I'm watching it while doing my worksheets. Multitasking. I was merely listening to the conversation and glancing when an important scene happening though.
Evo X's were a common sight in S;G... While Gundams were focused on Mazda, the ones who made S;G must love Mitsus.

You guys should read the novels from Baka-Tsuki, or at least the summaries from Seanver. There are some stuff that had to be omitted, which is understandable due to its content.
