Toyota 7 cannot be sent, but can be borrowed.
Art Morrison Corvette isn't a historic race car, it's a replica + retune of a classic car, if you see the description it was made on 20xx for SEMA show.

From what I understand, they are cars from GT5 on PSP that were rendered with lower detail and were then made available on GT5 on PS3 through the online dealership. I missed out on the Mercedes because I wasn't playing and I was hoping to get it since it can be traded.
