Isn't the point of this thread to do giveaways..? So I don't know why you guys are mad. If someone is giving something away, the people who receive need to state they would like it, right? It's convenient.

I don't get why you would want to close this as this thread saves the posting of other threads regarding this topic. I know he made this thread, but without people giving things away and participating, this would be a sea thread. Also, it's up to the people giving this away to specify the standards of the receiver. And I know some do as such. Like having a certain post count, etc etc. If you're trying to stop the 'greedyness' then specify some standards for the ones receiving. After all, it's up to the one giving away to make the final decision.

Here is couple members who grab every freebie..So that is why I put post count limit my every giveaway (It's only posts in this thread) so your total post count doesn't matter 👍

We're just sad to see a few people taking all the goodies many generous people offer in here.

The man guy is Jordan, I'm just the creator of this thread. As this thread grew into a public giveaway thread, I'm not in the right place to play moderator of GTP.
I do try to maintain it and indeed with help of you and others that frequently watch/read and/or gift it is a fine thread.

I do agree with you that it is up to the person who does the giveaway...but they are not always aware of what is happening in this thread.
They just come in, want to share some wealth and feel happy.
They might not have a clue that they are giving it to somebody that actually recieved tickets in this thread for the last 5 days... different gifters, same receiver.
Well, that is not what we had in mind when this thread came to live...

I get the point. So in return, final responsibility does come down to the giver. I sincerely hope I'm not being greedy. I've recieved a couple of giveaways, but I have and try to give as well. Somehow I feel its partly aimed at me because this discussion began a couple posts after I grabbed a giveaway.

Hi Outeke I kind of knew people would question the argument that its those who are givaway to say if and who get the said item?
To clear all confusion and name calling in thread why not simply post in (OP) thread any one who has recieved in the last two days simply wait till your turn comes around again so that any one giving away can then allow some one who wants the items a chance.
Instead of the fastest finger coming in saying ME ME ME.
Just a thought mate, That might stop the rush in merchants trying to grab every thing on offer before others get a chance to say me PLEASE.
Anyway thats just my opinion, Like a couple of said its your thread and while it stands like that you are the MODERATOR of it.👍
So do has you see fit.

It appears some people take others generousity to the limits. By applying themselves to every offer that is placed in thread.
So while it should be common sense by the recipient to make sure they are NOT being greedy. Just simply take time out while you have received items just to allow others to enjoy the pleasure also?
If that means waiting inline for a couple of days then do so, By doing this, you then are not perceived has being greedy. If it means allowing items to pass through which you may of wanted, Then you have rewarded not just yourself by waiting but also some one else who may not of had a chance to get items?

Yeah, I also knew this discussion would come up again one day...we had it before, all solved and well back then.

But never thought about adding more specific rules or policies to the OP.
Unfortunately lately it appeared again, and yeah if we don't close that out, it will come back again....
That is kinda what I thought about a fair use policy (said a post ago).
