3. I Have to wait for DLC to get the IndyCar
4. There isn't NASCARs
5. There isn't Lambo or Ferrari.
6. I have to wait 3 days more than Europeans.
7. Why is there only 30 tracks? Should be at least 100.
8. There isn't real drivers.
9. PCars will be a repeat of Shift.

*In the bugs and glitches thread on of the most recent post's (by @Johnnypenso) shows and image from a paused replay it shows quite bad ghosting.
If this happens on all replays does this mean we can't take race photos as they will be poor quality!?

watch this, skip to around 6:50, watch replay mode, make up your own mind. to me it looks like photos will be fine.

looks a lot worse through my browser than my PS4... I was actually referring to the part when the cars are frozen and he spins the camera round a bit. thought the backgrounds looked fine

My whinge is that people are more concerned about things like photo mode, customizable race suits and shadows in the grandstands than features like a dynamic in-game universe, a crew chief / race engineer, meaningful contracts, etc
How I wish I could be so satisfied with a game that only left me wanting for more detailed grass!

About this ghosting thing on PS4. Whatever they implemented in the end, they must have had a good reason to do so. Let's wait and see.

Here's my one big fat whinge. No Suzuka? Just some butchered version where they took some "artistic license"? WHY!? Just kidding... sort off. I only found out yesterday since I hadn't been keeping an eye on the track list and for some reason I thought the real, original, licensed track would be featuring in the game. Feel much better now.

To be honest I haven't seen videos of the altered version but still I think, why bother? I mean why having some even laser scanned and then completely change others? Hopefully they will get the license for it and give us a proper Suzuka.

Yes when the replay is paused (in game) the image is clear and will be perfectly fine for photomode, however in the video after 6:50 the ghosting is still there and actually more noticeable imo during the slowmo replays and was positively hideous (to the point it made my head hurt) during the parts he was panning the camera around.
I'm sure this effect is worsened by the fact it is video and not direct gameplay but it's still not good.

Eh, I think I will still prefer the normal Suzuka course over the altered version, but I'll be willing to give it a try anyway when the game comes out this week.

I'll miss Suzuka, but Sakitto looks like it'll be blast. I expect it'll be very tough to pass on, but I can see some epic drafting battles in the lower open-wheel formulas on the run from Spoon through to Turn 1. Keen.
