Best thing I can tell you is to host your images right here on GTPlanet and use the camera button when making your post. That should solve it.
If not, I'm sorry I didn't catch this earlier but I mainly use GTPlanet on my phone and all images are the same size there. I never sit down and use my laptop unless I do something bigger - like making the new comp + poll thread. The scroll glitch is real on my phone..
