Well, there's still a few M6's you haven't done replicas of :D
lol haven't drive BMW again so I didn't make for that car again want make RCF and AMG but somewhat I too lazy to start that maybe it cause that's not BMW car

I feel that given the standard being thrown in, the RD Corvette isn't quite up to the mark and the fact that I used an already created livery (albeit almost completely re-worked) is a bit of a slump and I feel I should make an effort!

FINAL ENTRY
Barwell Motorsport from British GT

corby-northamptonshire-uk-29th-april-2017-british-gt-racing-driver-J2K69W.jpg

I think about use one of my best livery from the past but finally i decided to work on something new :)
Thanks @Cytoria for letting me know about this :)

FINAL ENTRY

I tried to make my own tribute of the famous Vailant-themed Kremer Porsche 935,
Also I'm very new so please help me if I'm doing this wrong.

Great work!

But you need to limit your entry to two pictures, with a comparison shot in a spoiler box underneath, look at other entries, mine for example.

It's a great livery, but please look at the OP because your format doesn't follow the rules.

I think for the next competition, the OP needs an example of the correct format for entries, with a code box with all the code people need to use.

Clearly it's something people aren't sure about and struggle with. I think next time if the OP had an example, and then the code people needed to have a proper layout. We could just delete all invalid entries and avoid having half the thread filled up with non-entries

FINAL ENTRY
First Appearing in GT2, the version of the car I replicated appeared from GT3 onwards. Here is the In-Game Description.

"The WR car that marked Toyota's return to the WRC through its great performance."

In 1997, the Corolla WRC was Toyota's new weapon in bringing the company back to its former WRC glory days. This car was basically the old Celica rally car that was stuffed into a compact European-spec Corolla body. It inherited the Celica's 3S-G 2L turbo engine and also featured an advanced X-Track 6-speed sequential transmission.

Toyota began race testing the new compact car in the 5th round of the 1997 series, and made its official debut in the 10th round of that year in Finland. Its first full year was in 1998, as the Corolla got off to a quick start, winning the season opener in Monte Carlo with Carlos Sainz behind the steering wheel. Sainz finished second in the Driver's Championship and Toyota placed second in the Manufacturer's Championship.

Toyota, not satisfied with this result, made improvements to the car, most notably to weight distribution and reliability. The following year, a new, improved model was introduced (at the 4th round). The new Corolla was more stable and more durable than its predecessor. Although this season ended with only one victory (at the 11th round in China), Toyota consistently finished in the points and ended up winning the Manufacturer's Title that year. Although the Corolla brought the company back to the top of the WRC, the company pulled out of the rallying in 1999 to partake in a new race venture, Formula 1.

Mate it really isn't that hard to follow. Take it one step at a time. Read every word then follow the instructions.

If you really wanna get crazy. The submission thread should be for submissions only. And there should be an ongoing thread for discussions.

I think I need to redo my entry. Lol.

Then I guess all these posts below where for nothing?
(It's funny because the two submissions directly above your post don't follow the correct format either )

Only one bonus shot, but it will look like two, since you need to post the comparison pics too.
Thanks!

What do I need to fix?
Only post your final entry, no outtakes or honorable mentions.
And also change the color of your title. (there I go again, I remind people to change their entries.)
What you need to edit is simple, your whole entry, sort of speaking.
When you hit the Spoiler button, it creates two [ SPOILER ] & [ /SPOILER ] tags. You have to put your text or your image between the two tags.
Your pics works, but your 2 main pics must be taken in the mandatory scape
Remember to not post honorable mentions, only final entry
Not to be super sensitive to details, but you should probably update again. Final entry for starters, and the ref picture inside your spoiler. :)
Great entry, but I don’t think you have the camera settings set up correctly
but please read the rules in the OP regarding entry format and number of bonus shots as your entry is currently invalid.
is it now valid?
As long as the size is correct (I’m also on my phone as of writing this) it should be valid
Lovely livery. But! Did you miss something? ;)
@syntex123 how does my entry look now?

It wouldn’t be so hard if people actually read the rules. I did have ‘example entries’ in the past, for the three first competitions(or four, not sure).

Why I stopped? I stopped receiving the images I needed to do it. I don’t mind doing it again, as long as I get everything I need.

Yeah I remember, I don't see why we couldn't use an entry from prior competitions and then update it when an updated submission comes in?

FINAL ENTRY
Renault Alpine A110 '72 Rally

My attempt at making the Rally livery for this classic. I've seen multiple versions on the Internet, but decided to go with this one since it had most detailed reference pictures. It's not 100% accurate (different number plates and i can't find one sponsor logo), but i did my best. Hope you like it :)

Well sure.

I don’t want to use any final entries in that example though. It would have to come from the creator of the theme.

So if you read this @Cytoria - could you provide me with a sample entry once you get your theme and all for the next round?

EDIT: I don’t want to keep correcting people when they do something wrong, but it’s so hard not to! I want every entry to make it to the poll, but I hate sounding like a bad person always ‘complaining’ when an entry is wrong. I appreciate the help when you guys do this for me.

The problem is laying out the code for people to use it would confuse them even more since BB-codes seem to give most users a hard time even tho it‘s easy af

Code:
[color=red]FINAL ENTRY[/color]
[url={direct-link to full size image 1}][img]{direct-link to 640px image 1}[/img][/url]
[url={direct-link to full size image 2}][img]{direct-link to 640px image 2}[/img][/url]
[spoiler][url={direct-link to full size bonus}][img]{direct-link to 640px bonus[/img][/url][/spoiler]

How do I make a spoiler? Sorry, I'm brand new to this forum.......

Click the icon above the posting box and select spoiler as shown below:

upload_2018-9-7_19-52-41.png

It'll ask you what you want the text on the spoiler button to say...

Then you'll end up with spoiler 'tags' in you posting box... which will say....

Code:
[spoiler] [/spoiler]

.. or something similar. Just make sure anything you want 'spoilered' is in the between those two tags and you should be set.

 the game is really on! What a WOW effect to me seeing each and every entry. You guys are crazy! In good i mean. :P

Anyway, I'll keep my entry as is and will hope for ending in top 3 of my (non-competitive) category - Movie replicas. :D
And there is still time for new and updated entries  good job y'all.

FINAL ENTRY

I've so much to choose from from my replicas and it was too difficult to choose what I think is my best so just went for a total wildcard out my gallery. The Anthony Reid 1997 Primera BTCC was almost chosen but I went with this instead.

1996 JLOC Lamborghini Diablo Jota raced in the 1996 BPR Global GT Series

Now just remember to add the final entry tag or risk not seeing in the poll. This round has been confusing for many. A lot of dq worthy entries (some have been fixed I guess, but still. I hate repeating myself when it comes to reminders) :)

Thanks for the reminder mate, been a while since I entered a comp and totally forgot

Haven't even opened the livery editor and I'm probably 20 hours into mine :scared::banghead::nervous:

... might be time to consider an alternate entry.

On the left is about 18 hours of hand tracing the image on the right.

It seems okay so far, drawing it up and trying to keep it efficient, but what's done so far is 30 decals (which I still need to optimise) - though breaking it down so far to sensible chunks has taken all night tonight. :(

Still got a way to go to replicate this photo I took in to 2015...

Don't worry about it, you've still got 5 days to the closing date, keep at it.

Good lord I barely have the patience to trace simple shapes, I can't even imagine doing this. But if anyone can pull this off I think it would be you, man. Keep at it :gtpflag:

FINAL ENTRY

Michael Shank Racing Acura NSX GT3
#86 and #93 from 2018 (Jessica Karp design)

Some of you may know that if @syntex123 is a Nissan man, I more tend to be a NSX guy... When you speak about NSX and replica, the Michael Shank Racing team provides you a nice collection of bold, modern and stricking liveries. From the white and black sticks launch livery to the Liberty statue and Uncle Sam of last year's Watkins Glen, they are all nice designs (and you'll soon see them all in GT Sport but shhhhh). Following the trend of a pair of complementary liveries, Jessica Karp designed the 2018 versions with an urban look.

These two beast were a hell of a job. Half SVG, half in game shapes, they took so long to do... The two cars are not the same, nor they are symetrical. So basically despite looking quite similar I've had to build four liveries. In fact, at first I didn't want to enter with these ones, because the designs were so complex I thought I did many mistakes. But when I tried some comparison shots, it appeared that I was pretty close... so here they are ! One thing I like with this livery is also that it is not at all destroyed by the Sport Mode plate, so you can enjoy them as you wish !

I've also included the suit to fit the rules to the best, but with the low count of shots, you can see it better in the "race suit & helmet" thread.

HNNNNNNNNNNG. I'll see myself out! Too much incredible liveries going down to contain myself!

Best competition rules ever?

Your NSX liveries are awesome, I've got quite a few of them, all with your work on them
