doodlemonoplyShould have put the engine on a Tank Car
Got ahold of the twin turbo NSX tonight (thanks Ferraridude) and holy crap it's a thrilling car to drive. Those gears are pretty far apart but you'd never tell with how fast that V6 revs. Handles like a really, really fast roller coaster most the time, but when you hit the limit there is no going back, before you can correct it you've collided with the wall and suffered a dramatic, fiery death- it's dangerous. Dangerous, but one of the most engaging, rewarding to drive cars in GT5. Definitely one of my favorite cars, and most certainly one of my favorite hybrids, right up there with the Z06 and Mustang powered Miatas.
Can't resist it, can you? Turn off ABS, and use a clutch & shifter and you've got carporn on your hands. When everything goes right, there's nothing better than that car, plus the sound on it! All credit goes to the original creator, Ridox2JZGTE. (Hopefully he doesn't mind it got shared.)
Lol someone needs to throw that engine into something a bit prettier. Would be hilarious
The quest of trying to do a Subaru BRZ with proper "whoosh" and turbo gauge.
I tried swapping the body of another car that can buy turbo and see...little did I know that I would be blessed with a wonderful sound...but there was one flaw...
It was as useful as a cinderblock....
I digress,I shall go further into research...I think...

That is why I decided to have Supercharged BRZ S, the HP difference is pretty big but the torque delivery helped. With twin turbo high rpm kit - 350+HP, with Supercharger 281HP, but the torque is almost similar and peak torque is lot earlier on the Supercharged BRZ.
I also did a Supercharged BRZ with the C6 ZR1 Supercharger.
Same thing,no gauge or "whoosh"
I do not understand, everyone seems to be having trouble putting turboed engines into N/A cars, and not getting sound. I put my STi motor in my BRZ, put stock exhaust and it sounds awesome, yet it isn't working for other people. I'm a but confuzzed.
You are using turbo engine from the donor car in the first place, if using stock BRZ NA engine, it does not have proper sound.
What do you mean by "bolt-on"? I bought the aftermarket part...thing....
Also funny,R34 with Turbo and BRZ engine sounds pretty good.
I mean the part that can be removed and installed ( bought first ), by default, stock ZR1 C6 already has supercharger
I still couldn't find a way to make the BRZ with original engine to have turbo with proper sound ... this is the only car that have sound issue ...haven't encounter any with Italian, American and other Japanese cars, except ZR1 C6
Does it work with the FR-S though?
Edit: Can I try the Supercharged BRZ you made?
Sure, send me FR, I'll put in on share for a short time, I am sharing some cars for FITT Tuning Shootout at the moment.
Stock exhausts + turbochargers =Twin Turbo Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Yay, in cockpit view, the turbo spools up and BOV noise are so audible, awesome engine note too 910 HP/8000rpm, 628 ft lb/6500rpm with only turbo installed, all stock original - 605PP, this would be a killer 600PP car
Matching hub-caps finaly. 👍
Curious but what color is that?
Corvette ZR1 - SLS engine and chassis, 750hp
