Not really a big fan of that paint because it just looks so unatural. The two colors just don't blend properly and it just looks tacky. Good to have as a novelty I suppose, but I wouldn't paint a car with it.
 
It looks like most of the "unique paints" just plain suck, All the ones I've seen here look dull and there are better paints available normally (too many)

So far the only nice ones Ive seen are the Mclaren paint chips

Not sure what you are getting at with your comments about "unique paints" sucking. What "unique" paints are you referring to? If this is aimed at me and what I've posted here, I'm not trying to win any rewards here. I'm just sharing my work on these previously "unpaintable" cars. I'm not trying to impress anyone with the colors that I pick, they are just some of the colors that I happen to like, thats all.

Not talking about painting the unpaintable cars, if you look in the hybrid section you would see there is a thread all about painting unpaintable cars. We have a bunch of those, and its great to paint some cars we couldn't before just too bad there are still some that are not paintable. Not talking about that at all.

Im talking about the "unique chips" the paint chips you don't get when you buy the car, but have been found. Most of the colors suck aside from maybe the Mclaren chips but even they are a tad drab compared to other already available chips I keep looking for some WOW colors, but the only interesting one is a glitchy one that is not visually appealing.

I dont get what your taking offence to...

Not taking offense to anything really, thats why I was asking. It just sounded like you were bashing the colors I was choosing for my cars, thats all. No big deal now, lets get back to posting pictures.

You could use a little diversity in shots (hint hint) same place every pic?, but aside from that, I got no beef with anybodies color choices (maybe the lime green DMC-12 I just tasted what I had for dinner), just wish there was a "unique paint" chip that had some wow factor in it is all.

Yeah, I got that. Your painting unpaintable cars. Since we all are painting them, maybe "unpaintable" is not really what they are lol but that's besides the point.

Here is where you show them off hopefully with a little creativity, but if you wanna keep dropping pics of the same spot, with cars we have all already seen painted, by all means, continue. Keen grasp of the basics.

First of all, I don't need you to tell me what to post and where. This is a thread to show off your hybrid cars, which is what I am doing. I don't performance hybrid, only paint. And since I am painting these cars through hybridding, this is the thread to post them in. There also no rule saying how creative you have to be with your pics as there are other threads for that. (creativity) If you don't like what I'm posting or think I am in the wrong here, hit the report button and notify the staff. I am sure they will tell me if I'm in the wrong or not. It is not your job to police these threads, leave that to the staff. It seems that you are the only one that has a problem with what I have posted here as I have gotten compliments from everyone else. I am not some noob that doesn't know how things work around here. I know full well how to use these forums when it comes to what to post where, I don't need you to tell me.

I have invested alot of time in sharing my photos with the community here. All the way from aquiring the cars, painting them, photographing them, taking them from my PS3 to my computer, to a picture hosting site, and finally to here. It is something that I obviously don't have to do, but I do it to share with the community so they can see some cars in colors they might not otherwise see them in. If you don't appreciate that, thats fine, but thats no reason for you to speak on behalf of others. There is more than just you on these forums you know and others may not have seen these cars painted before.

So, in closing, it would be appreciated if you left the moderating and thread policing to the staff. Thanks.

Wow, you seem eager to get mad lol take a sip of your own advice ;)

Dude you're the one getting all razlled over a post that had nothing to do with you or your "Work" yet you're really pumped on making it known your painting unpaintable cars, CONGRATULATIONS big whoop.

Every single pic in this thread somebody acquired a car & hacked the file (or received a hacked car lol), took the car over to a track or photomode, took a pic, sent it to the PS3, copied it to a USB, uploaded it to a photo site, and posted it here.... So we all have the same time invested in doing that ;) most however take additional time to take a creative or nice shot & some will even go a step further and enhance the photo.......

Like I said I got no beef with anybodies color choice (although that DMC-12 is puke inspiring) I only HINTED at MAYBE you could take a pic in a different location angle something as to be honest, your fluffing the thread with bland boring pics, but thats just my opinion. When I hinted at that, you again pointed out your showcasing unpaintable cars and what they look like painted, I showed you a thread for that :D If you're going to post pics ANYWHERE be ready to hear opinions on them, like they suck, don't use the same location all the time, and Lime green on a DMC-12 is a horrible choice...

Relax man, your getting all worked up when nobody was talking to you to begin with ;)

We have already had a warning that this thread would be closed if there was any more chatting and especially arguing. Yes there is a thread for paintable and unpaintable cars. So please stop the chatting and do what this thread is meant for.

Pretty sure playing pretend moderator is considered 'chatting', so stop being a hypocrite and just report them, rather than trying to play goody two shoes.

I never said I was. Dont make false assumptions. We had a warning from one a few pages ago at which the thread could be closed if we chat too much. Its not a bad idea to remind people now is it? Especially for the sake of the survival of this thread.
