Did that seriously go further than than Top Gear?
These are 2 things that I didn't think could ever be grouped together, but they apparently were at one point. Anyway, there's 3 other early 90s dtm cars in GT already, I don't see why not to add another.
So yeah, this is probably the Foxbody Mustang at its most awesome peak.
Specs:

Drivetrain - Front Engine, RWD
Power - 540 bhp (397 kw) @ 7200 RPM
Torque - 428 ft-lbs (580 Nm) @ 6500 RPM

This came up in the GT forum the other day, and I'm still at a loss:
Because what the 🤬. I can't even think of a suitably outlandish analogy to compare it to.
Did they even get any good results?
Though on the other hand, it depends on what you measure success as. Racing success, sure, they kinda sucked; but in terms of attention, they probably got the same level of love from fans because of how weird they were among the RS500s and 190s that the JLOC JGTC cars always did.
The car has been in everything from your grocery getting to Trans Am to this kind of stuff. There's not really much I can think of that hasn't had the Mustang named attached to it at some point. It's road racing history is probably right up there as one of the strongest ever put out from the US.That's true, even though they didn't do well, I still love the fact Ford managed to participate the pony car in one hell of a motorsport. It makes me love the Mustang even more.

The Mustang has also done rallying.
When they were changing over to the GT500/GT300 class system, pretty much all of GT1 spec cars had to become pseudo-spec prototypes in order to compete.Fixed. That psuedo-spec series nonsense really didn't start until the changeover.
One was destroyed the other broken for spares and it was but the drive train loses were too high.
This one doesn't like this gearbox
As far as quality wise?Hell no, they sucked and were supported horribly financial wise, they were fast and could have been faster but just like many things ford related in the 90s they ended in a boom.

It was a totally privateer entry, Ford had nothing to do with it. So you can't really blame Ford for The DTM Mustang's lack of results.
Do you reckon they got enough banners across the screen? I'm sure there's room for one more.
Not familiar with the story on this.. was only looking for awful liveries on google.
