I agree. It makes me want to barf on kittens.I just don't see how someone could like that car. It's just really ugly imo.
I did find the new Silverados ugly at first, but now I like them.
The new GM trucks look way better than the previous gen did. Then again, I haven't liked many Chevy's since the sqaure bodies. Chevy died in '87. The new trucks are the first I find to be actually appealing.
Ford died in 96 with the F150 and 97 with the last F250. The new trucks are FUGLY. I can kinda make an exception for the Raptor, but that's about it. The best Fords IMO were 1980-1986 and 1973-1979.

This was the last of the good Fords:The late 90s F-series were okay. After that is when it got the ugly.
I'm with you on the 1978/1979 (except yours has the wrong mirrors). Those are the best after the 80-86 IMO. I love the pushed in headlights (see my post above).
My all time favorite is probably the 1967, like the one I posted above. To me, that is a real truck, period.
