The little things that you find ANNOYING IN GT SPORT.

I can't program the look left and look right with the analog stick on my car elite. Been that way since day 1 beta :rolleyes:

The inconsistency with racing gearboxes. Having cars with the racing transmission portrayed as a H pattern is a great addition but the way they're implementing it makes no sense. Two groups of generally comparable cars:

Chevrolet Camaro Z28 - non-synchronized sequential
Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray Sport Coupe (C2) - H pattern
Shelby G.T.350 - non-synchronized sequential

Ferrari 330 P4 - non-synchronized sequential
Ford Mark IV Race Car - H pattern
Jaguar XJ13 - non-synchronized sequential

All of the above should have the H pattern with no questions asked - the weird thing is that some do and some don't. Somebody explain the logic. I have no clue.
 
Spending an inordinate amount of time having to sift through the menus in the livery editor. For example, changing the colour of decals if you don't like your initial choice. Let us group the buggers for goodness sake.

It's a deliberate choice by PD to limit the functionality of the editor so severely, & one that really pisses me off no end.

There are many more but that one really eats into productivity time & sometimes puts me right off finishing liveries as life is too short.

It just seems the reply doesnt fit the comment. To start with the thread is titled
"The little things that you find ANNOYING IN GT SPORT."
That kinda opens the door for people to complain about the game.
All I did was expand on someones comment then ask a question. When you quote me then reply to that quote you are basically offering your views, all I did was point out that it really did not make sense in this context. LMAO, why bother commenting if you have no substance to add?

Well, that's just your opinion. And FYI, I've heard and known before about the duplication of prized cars that some players had complained about. But why I responded with those two words on your statement was only because I was surprised to learn that these prized cars can't actually be sold at all, which I'm also wondering why, not because I was only "offering my views" about it. Sorry I wasn't able to say more than that though.

Having suspension tuning for normal road cars, but not to the extent of the Gr.3 & Gr.4 cars. Also, no tyre width to match tyre diameter.

I wonder what PD was thinking by giving us a free DWG that can only be deleted? I currently am just shy of 700 cars in my garage, I have only deleted a few, 10-20 maybe. The best we can do is sell a car that we have already paid for if we win another on the DWG, but that really only has a big effect if you win a unicorn and who wouldn't 2 of them? It's pretty easy to guess which car you will win in the spin, it's almost always the cheapest on the wheel. In the 19 months I have been playing I have had a unicorn show up on my wheel less than 10 times, it goes without saying I've never won one.

A thing that annoys me, and I know this is kinda petty but I hate that when driving, you can't use your stick to view all the way around the car, 360 view like in forza and most driving games. I've just got so use to it and kinda like it.

The GT Sport beta actually had it, but it got removed in like one of the first updates. It was cool, but it was janky at times. Hopefully it makes a return eventually.
 
The SR drop when you try to bump draft. But, not everyone in the world knows that's what you're doing. Conversely, getting a SR drop when someone bumps you going into a corner.
 
1 thing I found annoying before turning it off was the race start music. Not the song in particular, the fact it was the same all the time.

Be cool if you could assign your own song.

In a rare occasion I've seen then 5 days in a row. I've always won the hatchback or the GrB that I will never use. At least I use hatchbacks a bit.
On one spin I even saw two of them. Daytona and Mark IV.

Well, could it be that it has something to do with the garage that doesn't allow for that doing? 'Cause it seemed like one. It wasn't the case before in the games prior to GT Sport. If I have many of them in my garage there right now, I would have done the same thing; sell them for some credits.

"I Don't Hate You, I'm Just Crap at this. So don't have a Cow, if I accidentally punt you off into the pits !"

I think this because the PS4 doesn't allow you to save your own music on the machine. (And to be honest, GTS uses up so much storage space, who the heck would have space to store their music on top of it?)

I won the Jag XJ13. But generally, I get 4 and 5 copies of the same cars.
