The little things that you find ANNOYING IN GT SPORT.

Speaking of liveries, it's a shame that as far as I'm aware, there isn't an option to select the alternative schemes seen in World Tour events, like the one-make Nations ones, the green Toyota Gr.B or the Escort-style Focus Gr.B.

The 20 minute fuel saving races are getting old. Constantly managing it is not fun. Either force a pitstop or just make it a sprint race.

Exactly. Last week's C race was boring as hell. EXTREME fuel saving or pitting and losing lots and lots of positions. Guys on pole position who pitted were happy if they finished 8th. That's not fun at all. And this week we get another fuel/tyre saver? Come on PD !!! Who the hell comes up with these combos?!?! Why can't we get one fun, flat out race? The last time we got one like that was the Redbull junior at Suzuka. That's like almost 3 months. And B races are way too short to recover from making a mistake or (much more likely) being punted off.

I dont mind some fuel/tyre management. Change the settings so you can no stop or 1 stop with minimal difference in the finishing time. And as for the rolling starts, that needs looked at. You cant be 5 odd secs behind when you start the race. They seemed to use a different rolling start at the events in New York.. the cars where starting alot closer to each other.

Right? It almost looked like a grid start from the camera angle. Maybe they'll implement it in the sport mode as well some time in the future. One can always hope.

The windscreen wipers can't be switched on/off. I was in the controls menu and couldn't find anything related to windscreen wipers.

So I thought I'd keep the duplicate cars so I can have several cars with my 3-5 most favourite liveries. Unfortunately, when you've got two (or more) identical cars, you still have to setup the other cars because they don't share the car settings of your original first car :banghead:

The most irritating thing is that you cannot change the order of cars in your garage. I have not deleted any of my 600+ cars yet, time to get rid of cars that I have 4, 5, or even 7 copies of so I dont have to sift thru so much junk everytime I'm looking for a car.
Another gripe I have is when racing in personal lobbies and it's an N300 race for example why do they only show cars that are currently tuned to N300 instead of all cars that can be tuned to N300????

The faster stops have helped even things in race C. If you're good on tyres and fuel then it's still quicker to not stop but it's definitely helped close the gap.

I agree, it doesn't make sense. Then you add Livery sorting, or the lack of it. I've got 1000+ liveries and if I want to delete a specific livery I have to trawl through all of them as there is no option to sort by Car. As someone with OCD this drives me insane :banghead:

In the Garage, the top right hand corner has a "Sort" option, which allows you to sort the garage in many ways.

I use sort 'By Manufacturer' to search for duplicates that I might want/be able to sell.
After sorting I go through the garage scanning for cars that don't have a pink dot (Gift car) and see if there's a Gift duplicate I've won next to it so I can sell the car I've bought to get some money back.
I'm not overly fussed about deleting Gift duplicates, but I don't mind searching for sellable cars to boost my Credit top line.

Exactly, & yet those very few shown (eligible) cars can be filtered out by manufacturer, car category/class etc.
While for the rest, like N100-200 you need to scroll through your entire garage.
E.g. when searching my tuned Supra for N300 races, I can't use manufacturer or country filtering just to find Toyotas or Japanese cars.

It has worked backwards since GT5, but with PP -system it was easier to search.

On the subject of tuning cars to a certain class, the way that's done is a pain. For last night's N300 FIA race I used the X-Bow. My X-Bow was tuned to N500 from the last time I used it. To be able to use it for the N300 race I had to go into the settings and tune the engine down. Once I'd made it unpowerful enough to qualify I was allowed to select it, at which point the BOP changed the settings automatically. Why not do that first instead of adding a pointless 10 second layer of menus?

How cars with pop up headlights don't flash the dedicated blinker lights when you want to flash them(when they are turned off), instead they pop up the main headlights out of the covers.

For reference, look at near the end of this video of a BMW 850 CSi headlights(which is also a suggestion of a great car that could be added to the game), near the end the driver only flashes the blinkers because the main headlights are turned off, and hidden.

In GT Sport this doesn't happen, for a game that went all in when it comes to attention to detail on cars, I'm surprised that they got this wrong.

I usually narrow down my garage by first choosing the "filter" option on the upper LH side of the screen then narrow it more by pressing "sort" on the RH side. Unfortunately that doesnt do any good for an N car that you have tuned for the wrong N class even though its eligible for the race you are about to run. When in lobbies you often have limited time to sift thru all the cars if you have a wrong N class tune and it's easy to miss a race or you end up selecting a car that's offered instead of the one you really wanted to drive, thats when it really gets frustrating. I found it faster to exit the lobby and buy a duplicate of the car I was looking for last week, it seemed no matter how I sorted and filtered I could not find the car I was looking for.

It bothers me that none of the convertibles have the option of driving with the top on or off, especially with a car such as the Eunos Roadster, which is depicted with both configurations.

Gottcha. 👍

Yep, with regards to the upgrading or downgrading of the 'N' cars it isn't the best.
I guess they could have a system that shows all cars in that group, and then also show all cars that 'could' be viable if Mileage Points were spent?
Perhaps that would be feasible and something they could organise.

Annoyance? Suzuka, tsukuba, tokyo and fuji. Even Interlagos. Does PD know that they have many more tracks in the game for daily races? It is a miracle if we get a set without one of those.
Well maybe cause they generate more traffic.

The FC RX-7 doesn’t have the Savanna name. Only significant as PD are known for scanning JDM examples of Japanese manufactured cars, and that’s what the FC went by in Japan, so why isn’t it there?

This is more funny than annoying, but every time you fully steer in the VW Type 2, the driver always magically twists his wrist 90 degrees.

I wonder why he doesn't take his right hand off the freaking stick shift during the turn.
