73 games whoah thats alot. In the UK they can brawl it out n just get like a 10 match ban.

Ok after having to search for the video and then it not working I watched the slideshow. I have that some of those fans seemed to just be looking for a fight. Especially the one who came up to artest as he was leaving. I think the fans should get banned for the next 5 homes games as punishment. Im surprised that there were hardly any security measures in place to calm things down. Dont they usually have a massive police and security force at these games?
Arena securities are little bit more cautious now, but not that much. I belive that some of the fans were banned from the arena. Funniest thing about the whole incident was that the guy who threw that cup of beer was on parole. When the footage was shown on every news programs repeatedly, his parole officer recognized him! Also, it turns out that part of his parole agreement was that he couldn't drink alcohol in a public place. What a loser!

there´s also in ESPN motion, an interview with A.J schakcleford (don´t know if that is his name actually) but this is the guy that Artest punched right in the face. he tries to make a pitty of himself in the video.

btw, he was banned from the palace of auburn hills.

Pretty harsh, but probably deserved it. I can't believe how long it took them to sentence him.

It's Michigan courts...it's always like that.

But 30 days for throwing a cup? And what did Artest get?
