How does one go about contacting Polyphony Digital then?

Posting on GTPlanet is fine but ultimately it’s still a fan forum and we can’t rely on being “lucky” enough that a staff member may be reading a thread and may pass it on to the appropriate person.

...you could tweet to Kaz personally :)

I think the only avenues for the general public is via the Gran Turismo social media accounts.

The "Support" link on gran-turismo.com sends you to a general Playstation help site.
https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/get-help/#!/
And the "Forum" link sends you to the appropriate Playstation forum GT Sport board depending on your country, in my case EU.

I guess what I'm saying is that most contact is done via SONY PlayStation, not PD itself.
And I would imagine it's largely SONY reps. that monitor websites such as the official forums and here.

Sooner or later a limited number of SONY staff members must have direct contact with PD staff.
And there may be some others with direct contact for various reasons.
But my guess is that most reports are passed on to SONY staff/reps., and it is then sent down the pipeline until it ultimately reaches PD.
