The Aston is back in 10th ahead of the Vette by 10 seconds alreay.

Go peskies!!! I really like the color scheme of them! :sly:
And go spyker squadron! And go astons...
I don't know who I like the best from LM2... :dunce:

Where are you guys getting rank listings? I am curious to see how well the Corvette C6Rs are doing. I heard they qualified extremely well for their class.

Not no more, he's dropped to 11th, two C6R's are infront now, I'm thinking he had to pit with a problem.

Ignore that last post, must have been a problem with the web site or my brower. The lead Aston dissapeared from the list and I thought the one behind was it.

Auto Union doesn't exist any more, Audi are not Auto Union, they were just one of the four companies in the union.

Unless a miracle happens, the Pescarolo's aren't looking to be winning it this year. Shame, would have made a change from an Audi. Still, the DBR9's are going well (ahead of the 2nd Pesky at the moment!)

Man. I wonder if any of the guys who said they'd do Le Mans for 24 hours in sync with the real race are doing it?

Anyone know? Hahahah. :D Man. This race is exciting!

yea the Pescaralo team will need a miracle to come back in this race. At least the Dome Mugen is at 3rd place behind the R8s. Wow, the R8 even being slow compared to the other LMP1 cars, as JJ Lehto said, they are still in the lead.

Dam, what does it take to beat the R8s??? Looks like another victory for Audi this year...

There is still a long way to go and the Pescarolo #16 is only four laps behind and consistently lapping quicker than the three cars in front.
Brabham is fourth in class in the AM. Cmon Brabs.

Just want to clear up, they use 3 drivers, interchanging all day. Some people seem to be thinking that it's one guy sitting there for 24h.

These were my picks to win.

LMP1-3 Champion Racing (USA) AUDI
LMP2-32 Intersport Racing (USA) LOLA AER
GT1-58 Aston Martin Racing (GBR) Aston Martin DBR9
GT2-71 Alex Job Racing (USA) Porsche 911 GT3 RSR

So far I'm 1st, out, 1st and 1st. :) LMP2 class is hard to predict since they drop like flies.

I assume my Cmon Brabs post is what prompted your post, if so I am aware that there are three drivers sharing the driving duties.
Pierre Levegh drove solo in 1952 and led the race for 22 hours and 30 minutes before retiring. He died at Le Mans in 1955 when his car crashed into the crowd. 83 spectators also died.
