The meme template is called "Socialist Genocide" & is found on imageflip, it has nothing whatsoever to do with Nazi's as you have falsley assumed. 'Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it', as the saying goes, & seeing as pretty much the same recycled garbage radical leftist ideas are driving the current Social Justice™ movement as the 20th century Marxist/Socialist/Communist ones, there is a relation between the two.

Thank you for explaining where you found your meme template, that is critical info. So, getting back to my initial response, do you think it's messed up to exploit victims of genocide for a meme (which, by definition in this context is a "humorous image") or not? Speaking of history, you seem to be trivializing some pretty serious/dark historical events to massively overreact to "social justice", which as far as I know, hasn't really gotten past cultural commentary, protests, and public shaming. I'll throw out a response...it is pretty messed up, self-defeating, and disrespectful to post.

Don't assume, ask. This is the second time you've made a false & unfounded assumption about me. Try engaging in a two way conversation, instead of replying based on your own prejudicial & presumptuous misrepresentations of others.

Meanwhile, back in December 2019...

Yeah, that's right; not all Liberals like me buy into the politically fashionable & absurd academic pseudo-intellectual nonsense coming out of the colleges & universities of late...

:P

What politically fashionable and absurd academic pseudo-intellectual nonsense are you speaking about? As a somewhat recent graduate of two universities I disagree.

Your political compass is interesting, based on your posts. Did you vote for Brexit?

Your question is predicated upon the false assumption that the meme was intended to be humourous, it most certainly was not.

You're welcome to your viewpoint, although I thoroughly disagree with it. I think that no-holds-barred learning from 'serious/dark historical events' is key to not repeating them, as I previously explained. I also think it's best that people speak out very early on against political & social movements that have the potential for serious harm, rather than waiting for them to blossom into full-blown murderous & genocidal regimes.

If you disagree, then you already know what politically fashionable & absurd academic pseudo-intellectual nonsense I'm talking about, which renders your question rhetorical...

Thank you for asking an actual question, it's much appreciated. I didn't vote in the Brexit referendum, as I couldn't care less whether we stayed in the EU or not.

This is missing key things.

George Floyd's death (among others like it) have been caught on camera & viewed millions of times by the world which make it far easier to spark protesting since the act can't be denied when it's there in viewable media. Epstein & Maxwell's crimes however, are not, which is why it's more important than ever that Maxwell be protected & reveal what she knows. Otherwise, the only solid "media proof" we have is conjuring up theories by taking media components & placing unfounded context around them which, in many cases, can be easily proven false* & as a result, can start destroying credibility against the claim in the first place.

*For example, a wild conspiracy theory is being shared of people who fought trafficking & committed "suicide" shortly after, implying they were all killed. However, the list can be discredited just by researching. Tim Bergling is on that list, claimed that he died days after releasing a music video about trafficking. That claim can be instantly fact-checked: Tim's video released in 2015, Tim passed away in 2018 (with a well documented past of substance abuse leading to his death). 1 simple Google check is all it takes to discredit that claim & now chances are, all the other claims are in question.

The other thing is these issues aren't mutually exclusive. We can fight both, there's just more ammo for 1 right now to do so. There is becoming a delusional argument being propped up by child trafficking fighters that revolves around attacking other social issues whether its police brutality or Covid.

My post was predicated on responding to exploitation of murdered people for the purpose of a witty caption, humorous intent or not. Where is the potential for "full-blown murderous & genocidal regimes?" on the left? Which social justice leader looks to embody that to you? These are not rhetorical questions.

It's not a rhetorical question, I was asking you to be specific because I don't know what you are talking about. You made a very broad statement. Which universities? Is it the general pedagogy in your view? How much university activity is pseudo-intellectual nonsense?

That picture was from some of the very first footage depicting the holocaust taken by the Soviets back in 1941.
That picture literally is Nazi's standing over a mass grave filled with murdered Jewish people. You can spin it however you want it bud, but you can't say that the picture has nothing to do with Nazis, no matter what stupid text you put over it, or whatever website you took it from. Stop erasing history!

What if he does identify as a female? Probably doesn't but still, how do you check it?

The group laughter seems like a pretty good barometer for this particular situation. But more generally, I don't know. That's a good question.

At that point she should better understand the issue of presenting herself as a male in said circumstances no?

You have to wait for the bus to stop first. I've voted third party since Tony Blair in 2001. That's more like a charter flight that not enough passengers boarded though.

But that's okay. You can say that you were there, 3000 years ago. Like a voting elf hipster.
