So, when you're loaded with money, you can buy sex with minors.

It shouldn't be allowed to be like this. Drag that lying pedo through the dirt.
Better yet, the money is essentially footed through the British taxpayer. I'm sure they are really happy to pay for a disgraced royal's crimes.

It may well be the case that the Duke of Pork is a nonce, but this case on its own isn't it.

Guiffre was 17 years old at the time of the alleged encounters. The age of consent in the UK - where Andrew is from and where the first alleged rape happened - is 16. The age of consent in New York - the second alleged rape - is 17 (bizarrely the age of consent for marriage was 14 at the time; square that one). The age of consent for Epstein Island - the third alleged rape - is... actually pretty tricky to determine; the USA generally has some mental AOC laws where it depends on the age of the older person or if they're a stranger. However, it could be 18 because that's the general AOC for the US Virgin Islands. Giuffre herself was born in California but moved to Florida when she was very young, and the age of consent is in both is 18.

So ultimately, if the offences happened as they are claimed to have done, Mr. York might have committed statutory rape of Guiffre once (Epstein Island under to USVI law) or three times (all three, due to FL/CA AOC law*) but can be said to have reasonably believed he did it no times.

If the offences happened as they are claimed to have done, he's definitely raped a sex-slave three times, and given that he cut ties with Epstein in 2011 he will have certainly known about his sex trafficking - as if the houses full of young girls and him flying his favourite one from place to place weren't enough of a clue.

And she is unlikely to be the only sex-slave forced to have encounters with this client - although the fact the three alleged offences were months and thousands of miles apart, it looks like he might have had a specific preference for her - and others may well have been more clearly underage. Which would be noncery of the highest order.

I very much expect his daughters are wondering about aspects of their upbringing that seemed innocent at the time which now appear considerably more creepy reflected through the lens of their father liking teenage girls of at-best questionable legality.

Is he a gross creep? Yeah, almost certainly. Is he a paedo? On the strength of this alone, no, but that book certainly shouldn't be closed.

*There was a case here in the UK where a teacher absconded to France with a pupil. She was of legal age in France, but not in the UK, and as they were both UK subjects, their sexual encounters were subject to UK AOC law; when captured he was prosecuted for sexual activity with a child.

Andrew's actions could thus have been legal from an age point of view (not a sex slave one) unless he was in a jurisdiction where the bar was higher at the time.

Not really... but what can we do... vote for someone else? vote to get rid of them?

Guess we'll just keep putting up with soap opera that is our unelected head of states' family for hundreds more years?

Just get them all into already well-known black women rather than subservient posh white women bred for centuries to marry a royal, and they'll get kicked out of Royal Family Inc in a trice.

Yep, it outlived him.

I was in the YouTube comments yesterday and someone used this joke about George Floyd being two years sober. Serves me right.
