As breathtakingly stupid as the first half is, the second half is also striking.

What about the ****ing imbecilic right's touting of the ability to get a vote count on election night? Surely that wasn't ********.

Simple:
If they are winning: Stop the count.
If they are losing: Make sure all votes are counted. Including those which don't exist and cannot exist.

Lockdowns in the name of public health, strip clubs, i.e. sex workers & gambling over religious law are definitely much preferred with a younger generation.

As the parent of a couple of Gen Zs: I don't think Gen Z ers were enthusiastic supporters of lock downs, which really screwed up their lives for 2 years. I don't think they give much thought to strip clubs & gambling in their daily lives ... or "religious law" for that matter. Of course, it might be a bit different in the US where a Puritan version of Christianity still holds considerable sway.

I suspect Mr. Feucht - surely a name for opportunistic punsters to conjure with - deems zoomers guilty by association of supporting such sinful hedonism simply because they voted against his party and its right-thinking corrective authoritarianism. It sounds like he doesn't know a lot of kids their age... or at the very least any that haven't had their minds un-"hijacked" in evangelist boot camps.

In the US, these are things that even if they aren't "enthusiastic" or "give much thought to", they will still back them over the alternative Sean would prefer under Republican/Christian rule.

I understand what you're saying ... but Sean Faucht's list is just a smorgasbord of right wing obsessions, focused on the things that HE thinks "leftist" Gen Z's are interested in. I'm pretty sure "strip clubs/casinos" don't figure high on Gen Z's voting concerns. I'm also willing to bet most Gen Z's weren't at all happy about Covid lockdowns. It's been a very weird and difficult few years for Gen Z's: the shocking rise of Trump and right wing nationalism, then the emergence of a global pandemic, disruption to their schooling, inability to travel, socially interact, find a job etc. ... and then suddenly booming employment opportunities accompanied by sky-rocketing inflation.
 
I mean Evan McMullin is a spook and Mike Lee is just Putin's Mormon boyfriend so that seems like a fair choice. But ya, your vote in Utah is meaningless unless it's for a Mormon Republican so might as well have a laugh.
