Not sure what to make of this but it's good to see all that hateful energy of hers finally being directed towards a slightly more worthwhile cause:

Anyone can make a fake handle but @usernames are harder to forge, so it appears to me to be the real fake Coulter.
Unicode makes it easier - although with names containing a capital I or lower case l you don't even need that.

AnnCouIter, AոnCoulter, AnnCoulter, and AnnCoսlter (and all variants thereof) would display as AnnCoulter. And to be honest, that's what I'd class as impersonation - a deliberate attempt to deceive through a spoofed username - rather than just changing the display name.

Although that one is real. Insofar as that applies to Ann Coulter.

I screenshotted it directly from her Twitter feed, but you're all just going to have to trust me on that for now as I don't want to post a link here and get her more clicks unless I have to.

No need - I checked, hence the final line :D

Not sure if satire or real statements

The Qanon lady with the crown sounds like a swipe at Romana Didulo, but I don't see how their deliberately contradictory statements could be construed as anything but satire. Unless your post was also satire...
Wikipedia
Romana Didulo (/roʊˈmɑːnə dɪˈduːloʊ/ roh-MAH-nuh dih-DOO-loh, /rə-/ ruh-) is a Canadian influencer, pretender and conspiracy theorist who proclaimed herself to be the Queen of Canada, and later, Queen of the World. She promotes pseudolaw theories derived from the sovereign citizen movement, and is one of the most prominent figures of the QAnon movement in Canada.
