Not a surprise he does. I caught a graphic yesterday that reported red states are overwhelmingly electric.

I guess his plan is to lean into the parodic side by making more and more outrageous comments so his defenders can say he was joking all along when in fact he was lying to the electorate to make them vote for him. That's no joke. That's being Schrödinger's douchebag.

According to him, if all 142,000 who voted for him asked him to resign, he would resign. No he wouldn't. He's going to try to make sure he's going to remain in the US Government for a long time. Only way he's going away is if he loses the next election or gets removed by the House.
