What is your favorite Original Gran Turismo Track?
Midfield Raceway. I still remember grinding for credits just to afford my first
new car in GT3. It was a Mustang.

What Original Gran Turismo Track can you live with / without?
I can live without Trial Mountain. I never really liked it, sorry dudes and
dudettes.

I will have to say Grand Valley as it is very realistic to real world specs.

What is your favorite Real World Track/s?
Nordschleife, La Sarhe (Le Mans), and Mount Panorama (Bathurst) simply because of
their immensity, technicality, and long history.

What is your favorite Real World Street Circuit/s?
Monaco and Macau.

Which Real World Track/Circuit would you like to see be immortalized in Gran Turismo?
I will have to go with an underdog and say Macau Grand Prix. It is a fantastic
technical track, with very similar characteristics to Monaco.

Which Gran Turismo Track/Circuit would you like to see be immortalized in Real/Life?
I would love to see Grand Valley or El Capitan be recreated in real life.

What is your favorite Original Gran Turismo Track?
Trail Mountain. Has always been that hilly, rough, fun track.

What Original Gran Turismo Track can you live with / without?
With, High Speed Ring.
Without, Cape Ring.

What is your favorite Real World Track/s?
Nordschleife and La Sarthe. Incredible tracks in real life and in GT, period.

What is your favorite Real World Street Circuit/s?
Monaco. I'll drop kick anyone who disagrees.

Which Real World Track/Circuit would you like to see be immortalized in Gran Turismo?
Grand Valley. Always thought it was a real race track. Sure feels and looks like it.

I love Monaco, but I hate driving at it. It's very narrow which would be fine if it had some runoff room, but it's just Armco on both sides. In real life, it's incredibly exciting to watch a race there, I just don't enjoy driving it in the game.

I love driving at Monaco. It's hard, but its very rewarding once you string together a few decent lap times.

What is your favorite Original Gran Turismo Track?

High Speed Ring. Love the perfect flow, banking, and good speed transfer throughout the entire course.

What Original Gran Turismo Track can you live with / without?

I can live without Special Stage R11. I was never very good at it, and had lots of bad experiences on it when I was younger!

What is your favorite Real World Track/s?

I think that my favourite real-world tracks would be Daytona and Laguna Seca. As a NASCAR guy I enjoy watching the superspeedway races (and playing them, too!) and Laguna Seca is just amazing... defies words!

What is your favorite Real World Street Circuit/s?

None really, not too big on city courses... but Rome and Seattle from GT2 were pretty awesome!

Which Real World Track/Circuit would you like to see be immortalized in Gran Turismo?

I would want to see Mosport make it into the next GT game - good racing and it's fairly close to where I live so I gotta pull for the locals!

I'll then clone another Chuck Norris to agree. Then after, two Chuck Norris's will be kicking your can.

^_^

Impossible. Chuck Norris has no DNA.

Back to the topic: What does everyone think about Macau? I think its an underrated track.

Good thread!

What is your favorite Original Gran Turismo Track?
Either Midfield Raceway or Apricot Hill. It saddens me that neither made it to GT5 👎

What Original Gran Turismo Track can you live with / without?
Cape Ring

What is your favorite Real World Track/s?
Bathurst, followed very closely by the Nordschleife

What is your favorite Real World Street Circuit/s?
Monaco and Adelaide

Which Real World Track/Circuit would you like to see be immortalized in Gran Turismo?
Well we already have the Nordschleife so I will have to say Bathurst 100%

I forgot about adelaide 👍 I still remember running it in Toca 3. One of the few games out there that sports an impressive list of Real World tracks.

Either Midfield Raceway or Apricot Hill. It saddens me that neither made it to GT5 👎

I used to love midfield raceway. Wasn't a person I knew that could beat me on it.

My favourite track at the minute is very close tie between Trial Mountain and Deep Forest Raceway. Easy tracks to get round, challenging to get round quickly.

Favourite GT track: Grand Valley Speedway
Could do without: Special Stage Route 7
Favourite real life track: Spa, or maybe Silverstone
Favourite street circuit: Monaco, ofc
Track for GT: Spa :D

Love the Nordschleife, Deep Forest, Suzuka, London, Tokyo, Cote de azur, and High Speed Ring because it reminds me of Monza's curved banks that we should have got, plus they did a very cool weather/lighting there. Hate the Autumn track, Indy road course, and anything for rally cars. Never played previous GT's.

What is your favorite Original Gran Turismo Track?
Midfield Raceway

What Original Gran Turismo Track can you live with / without?
Special Stage Route 7

Monaco and Adelaide

Which Real World Track/Circuit would you like to see be immortalized in Gran Turismo?
Bathurst, Spa, Motegi and Okayama

What is your favorite Original Gran Turismo Track?
El Capitan. The track has such a great flow, as well as beautiful scenery and great rally stages (which is saying a lot since I usually can't be bothered with rally)
Oh and does London count? I love the track size (small is cool) and atmosphere there too.

What Original Gran Turismo Track can you live without?
Cape Ring, but if you want really original, hmm.. I'll probably get some hate for this but Midfield. I don't hate it, but then again I just don't miss it.
And Special Stage Route 11. Far too slow, it didn't fit the style of an open freeway at midnight. I never got the hang of it, and it just never felt right.

What is your favorite Real World Track/s?
Nurburgring (obviously), Bathurst (recently discovered) and I've always been curious about Brands Hatch. When I've got my driving licence, I think I'll go for a track day there...

What is your favorite Real World Street Circuit/s?
Monaco is the only one I know, but it's awesome anyway. So yeah. Monaco.

Which Real World Track/Circuit would you like to see be immortalized in Gran Turismo?
Spa or Bathurst would be amazing. Or maybe even the original Nurburgring Sudschleife. Now that would be cool.

And an extra question for you all:
Which Gran Turismo Track/Circuit would you like to see be immortalized in the real world?
For me, it'd have to be El Capitan. It would be such a beautiful track, and all the undulations would make it an instant classic in the real world.

What is your favorite Original Gran Turismo Track?
Apricot Hill

What Original Gran Turismo Track can you live with / without?
No real issues with any of the original tracks really TBH.
With? Grand Valley is well designed.

Nordschleife, La Sarthe, Spa, Suzuka & Bathurst

Eiger Norwand (full-length Rally setup.)

What Original Gran Turismo Track can you live with / without?
GT without Grand Valley would feel so wrong.
SSR7 needs to disappear.

What is your favorite Real World Track/s?
Pikes Peak Hillclimb - Rally. Laguna Seca - Tarmac-only.

What is your favorite Real World Street Circuit/s?
Tokyo Route 246.

Which Real World Track/Circuit would you like to see be immortalized in Gran Turismo?
Silverstone!

----> Mosport International Raceway, Bowmanville, Ontario.

A great track, suited to high horsepower cars and host to the American L:e Mans Series once a season. Also used to host Canadian F1 GP until early 1970's.

Updated the OP thanks to Pedantic Nerd 👍

Here's a topic for you guys... how bout this Hermann Tilke? Any thoughts about his designs? I personally don't like most of them (like most of you do).

Couple tracks i like from him - Istanbul - Who doesn't like that epic turn 8? :D
Shanghai - Good. Great high speed first corner. None of that hairpin baloney.

Ultimate dream for GT - Recreate all the tracks from the F1 calendar. We have about 5 currently (correct me if im wrong) - Fuji, Suzuka, Monza, Nurburgring GP/F, and Monaco (which needs to be updated). Valencia (F1 test bed) is already in GT PSP, so it's highly likely that its being polished as we speak :)

El Capitan, hands down. Loved the kink going into the first corner, the bumpy hill after the tunnel, the southernmost corner which threatened to throw you into the barrier, and that last corner. I'm disappointed that it's not in GT5:(

What Original Gran Turismo Track can you live with / without?
I'd survive without London, just so boring unless your in a car with less than 300hp.

What is your favorite Real World Track/s?
Nurby Nordy, Spa, Bathurst and Silverstone.

What is your favorite Real World Street Circuit/s?
Same as the OP, Macau.

Which Real World Track/Circuit would you like to see be immortalized in Gran Turismo?
Spa, or Barcelona (with and without that stupid chicane)

Which Gran Turismo Track/Circuit would you like to see be immortalized in Real/Life?
High Speed Ring, or El Capitan.

Couple tracks i like from Hermann Tilke
Istanbul - Turn 8, X1 flat out ftw! And the "Faux Rouge"
Austin - Looks to be a promising layout, with some great elevation changes and corners.

Ultimate dream for GT
Get all the tracks from previous GTs, including Red Rock Valley, SSR11, Grand Canyon, etc.

What Original Gran Turismo Track can you live with / without?
