In the March issue (I've been meaning to type this up for a while) of F1 Racing Magazine, they ran an article on how much Formula One teams spend in a season. It doesn't actually say, but in the little descriptions underneath every heading, it mentions 2002, so I'll assume its for the 2002 season. I believe it is $USD.
