Those are bought that way but, if i'm not mistaken, if you paint them it all becomes one color...

Ugh I noticed that. I bought these rims and thought how great it was to be able to change the outer rim color, but for unknown reasons when you paint them the whole rim changes color.

Those leave the chrome right? I have painted ones like that before, but I want colored outside. So far I have found one type of rim that you can actually paint the outer rim portion, but the rim just looks alright and comes in small sizes only

probably not , but i can't say for sure 'cause i used them unpainted, looked nice under a black car
