james6653Oh ok so what happen with me happened to him?
You had another series?
james6653no it was two of us then the other driver had to go eat.
james6653Did u see my comment about caution line ups?
ghskillaDescription's a bit vague but it's like the first car is a pace car and the rest of the field lines up double file left-right behind him?

polarbear345It's just a rip of what Paul put up.
cnd01I am for single file restarts totally. It takes out the jumped start. Ant had me on overall pace, but he charged the pits which is always a lag regardless of the track. Usually a safe speed to enter most pits is 70-110 mph or about 115-175 kph.
Mel was there, but he had the tuning series race to go to...
But he said he had to eat...
MrMelancholy15🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬 that 🤬 Turn 2 at High Speed Ring. I HATE that track.
So, perhaps I may or may not have been tapped, in turn 2, on lap 2, and spun. I don't know whether I was hit or not, and don't care. The fact that I left a good Rolex race with Cowboys to join that SNAIL tuning series, is a tragedy.
All I ended up doing was ruining an entire race for everyone by spinning/being spun. In both Race 1 and 2, I was spun and spun, and I completely took half of the field out in Race 2. Who ever (Jahgee) had that 🤬 terrible idea to run High Speed Ring... Wow, may lightning strike High Speed Ring for Gran Turismo 6, followed by earthquakes, flooding and tornadoes. I will never race on that track, EVER again. I hate NASCAR and will never race on an oval in a car with less grip than the Red Bull cars.
ghskillaI hate HSR. It's too wide of a track which makes people think "Wide, aggressiveness, no risk!" And it's so simple, it's not fun racing in it in shuffle rooms. Noobs catch up on the draft or with faster cars and wreck you.
The one we did worked well. We shall do it again tomorrow.
And did Anthony say what he didn't like about the caution? I think they're about as short as they're going to get...
cnd01Yea we could try my idea of having the cars accelerate to 100 mph/161 kph once everyone has caught up to the leader.
And on THAT note... I guess that rules that track out for season 3... And grand valley reverse.... I was quite mad tonight... I DO NOT care for that track...
cnd01I personally like Grand Valley. It fits my driving style. It takes a lot of finesse to run consistent times there. It certainly favors people with wheels.
And pedals with some resistance.... I got tires to last 5 laps... Grr.
But they shipped my new g27 today! I should get it next tuesday... Too bad I leave next Tuesday....
cnd01Cool. I request Trial Mountain tomorrow. I ran a few laps there already. Big challenge getting the cars to stick.
That last chicane will be tricky!
cnd01The hairpin after the backstretch is a doozy too.
