We've decided against this because of wrecks, if both classes are right next to each other, there's a better chance for another wreck.

Okay, that's understandable. I would have probably taken a DP car out on the restart had we done this at the spot race.

XD that's the reason. If we did it totally realistic, some GT cars last season could've actually passed some of us DP by the first turn

We did pass a DP in the spot race. . Something muat have totally been off on his car. We would be going down the straights and for no reason he would just spin out. 
I saw this happen twice.
Any chance on making the races a little longer? I think us GT guys can go the whole race with no pit. I know the Audi went 35 laps before pitting. I played it safe and went with 25 lap stints. Still had plenty of tire left for sure.

This tire update is really biting us in the butt!

I think that guy was just being an idiot.
I still don't know how long I can stint these new tires.

I ran 36 laps of laguna seca in the audi and all the lap times apart from 2 or 3 were within seconds of each other. Once the tires go though they really go lol

I tried to stretch my tires as long as I could, and I was able to get 27 laps at the most. It was 27 green laps and 2 caution laps. I could have made 30 green laps on the fronts.

You guys are kidding with the tyres right? I was doing roughly 10 lap stints in the evora. Driving pretty consistently and without wheelspin too. oh well Im in the Audi for this season so its allll good.

I think I was getting at least 15 to nearly 20 laps at the most. I wasn't really keeping track though.

i was on mediums, not sure about anyone else. And i could probably have done a few more laps but i'd rather play it safe and pit slightly earlier than wait longer for my tyres drop off and potentially lose more time.

I was running my tires down to the cords getting 25+ laps a stint. I was 5-6 seconds slower than my best lap by the end of the stint. If I would have tried racing hard tires, I would have had to pit for fuel before tires

5-6 seconds off your best lap time after 25 laps. Sounds like you might have been on them for a little too long.

My tires were beyond completely worn out. There was no blue left. I was trying to run a 2-stopper after that caution on lap 2. I managed 27 green laps and 2 caution laps on that set. I got crashed about 3 times the next stint which prevented my tires from lasting more than 25 the next run.
