I was hanging onto the thought, I then realised that I was a bit too quick in the Lotus at its current specs. Given the stigma I got placed on me, I didn't want that again.

Last race of S2 I ran 440 bhp / 1280 kg, so an extra cut of my own accord from the 450 / 1270 spec that was revised. I revised the tune a fair bit to compensate for the lack of power and extra weight.

Still, the Mazda's gonna be the underdog. I like it that way; no pressure.

I don't have a clue what car I would take in GT. Each one is unique.

I was actually 0.6 or 0.7 seconds faster in the Camaro than the Ferrari at Suzuka when I tested them, it goes to show that some cars better suit certain drivers.

Yeah, I think its not only the challenge but in an odd, somewhat redundant way, knowing that I'm not in the out and out best car puts me in the position that means that if I do perform well and manage a few wins, then it's definitely down to the tune and the driver, not the car.

Well, I'd say things are even with the Mazda and the Ferrari now. Good job to who ever helped spec the cars out. Scarry thing is it didnt even look like Tez had the car fully dialed in tonight.

Good thing it was just a spot race tonight. Was'nt a good showing on my end at all. Turn 1 is usually not an issue for me.

I could barely pull 1:50 in that Mazda with the setup I had during the race, and then after a 2 second tweak I romped in on a 1:49.3 after you left. Still, its a bit off from the 1:48's I'm hearing about.

It's still not the fastest, but... it has more than enough tricks up its sleeve to keep it chasing the front markers.

Heh, FH neither of us showed our best racing there. I had overkill problems at turn one too, don't worry.
