However, most of them are not, no, and as such I can't fault you for avoiding them.

So I read that. And it isn't a patch on some of her other work. It reads to me exactly like someone trying something new, writing out of their comfort zone. Its technically well-written, to be sure, but there isn't really much substance to it. It merely exists.

I've only just finished reading it after nearly 2 hours. I know it was a short story, but I kept drifting in and out due to my lack of interest, thus the reason why it took me so long to finish. I don't doubt that it's well written, but as you've said, it reads like someone who's writing out of their comfort zone. I don't rate it that highly to be honest, I thought it was decidedly meh overall.

You should read some of her fanfics,regardless of the "shipping" thing they are quite interesting.


Also I found clopfics that are quite more "creative" in the coupling thing(and the horror,the horror!).

The races were fun today. I didn't win but I could challenge for the win at least. Then I entered my SH 450pp (Pony Power) car in the TGTT where everyone else was SS 540pp. Oh well. I look forwards to receiving my TVR. I plan on making a Rainbow Dash LFA since the car is very fast, very loud, and looks amazing. It is also about 20% cooler than the next coolest car that Lexus make, the IS-F (it actually is 20% cooler) so it fits the bill brilliantly. I may need some help supplying paints for me to use but other than that I am fine.

Those were some good races. I pretty much stayed toward the back of the pack the whole time, because for some reason I always screw up the first lap, and then I never get the chance to catch back up.
Still though, it was a good time, hopefully we can put another race together soon(Not Pinkie Pie "soon", though).
