I was keeping track of the discussion about it on Ponibooru. Then it was featured on EqD no too long ago.

So the German FiM mags are, well, kinky (ponies getting tied up with rope), and the French ones have 4 year old Alicorns that already have their Cutie Mark? Nothing strange about that.

I also doubt that they've seen The Best Night Ever, plus these mags don't really relate to the events which take place in the actual episodes. I mean, Vlad and Leon are only featured in a French comic, and nowhere else at all as far as I know.

I, sadly, watched it all the way through. Much like Cupcakes, my inherent naivety that the creator might have pulled out a purpose for it at the end took hold.

It just seemed that way to me, plus much of it was vulgar even compared to the previous 2 videos (which I quite liked). Shed.MOV lacked originality too, so there isn't much I can say about it that's positive.
