About the episode; well it was pretty good actually, lots of cool stuff like Twilight breaking the space continuum, which distracts me from the rest of the episode which was cool.

Oh yeah, unit-one told us about it a while ago, but he didn't know about his piece being used for video purposes until he saw it himself. It was a pleasant surprise really, but none of us here knew about it until unit showed us.

Skython, some of us avoid non fan documentaries like the plague. thanks to several bad run-ins with tabloid happy journalists, a lot of fandoms are seen as nothing but fetish subcultures. a while back, on ED, there was a request for brony info from a place in chicago doing a documentary. turned out the whole thing was a tabloid TV show called "My Strange Addiction" trying to find new material. some of us smelled that right away due to being in another fandom, and basicaly told them to bleep off.

and the pic itself is out of date both in ponysona count and style (unit's gotten a lot cleaner at art since he did that)

I see Twilight is the new Solid Snake...even that box pic earlier? the minute I saw that exclimation point, I heard the the "! sting" in my head *chuckles*

*grins, and has an idea* gents, I'm about to ponify MGS. can I get some ideas on what to do for ponified Solidus/Liquid/The Boss (NOT big boss)

Actually, The Ballade of the Brony is a pretty good fan-documentary. It easily converted my friend Deltateam to become one of us.

And that S3 discussion on ED. One comment:

-A completely musical episode, like "Spring Cleaning" from Rocko's Modern Life or "Daria!" from Daria. Release the full power of William Anderson and Daniel Ingram for one episode and see what happens.

-More guest star voice talent, like John de Lancie. Liam Neeson during an adventure episode, or David Attenborough as an expert on mythological animals that they have to defeat.

-Scoots. 'Nuff said.

-Half of Vancouver ends up voicing Bon Bon.

I'd love to see Bon Bon really have that many voices.

BTW, I wouldn't be surprised if any of those Bon Bon roles were done by Tara Strong.
