The Megane series could also be made even bigger, so that people would have more motivation to battle for that title

Mid season prizes are a possibility in one event.

A different support series is possible, also I am waiting on when these DLC cars will come into dealerships, they are a strong possibility.

Season 4 will officially feature a "TOCA Masters" Event that will be By Invitation Only. It will be open to previous winners, champions, and other notable drivers from all of the first 3 seasons of TOCA, and hopefully some of Season 4. More details will be revealed in due time.

Car will be revealed at a later date. It will be a vehicle that has never been used in TOCA, to create an even playing field. Tuning Restrictions may also be placed to make it as even as possible, this is possible via the online lounge settings.

Possible. It will be a vehicle that I believe is in the spirit of TOCA. And it will be one-make. Race format is under development.

Which cars then? Some of us (Sumo, neljack?) probably have no experience of the Season 1/2 cars, and then there's some who have no experience with the NGTC machines...

That is why it will use a new car, never used in TOCA before. It's not an NGTC or a TOCA (Season 1/2) car.

TOCA are pleased to announce a deal to bring Le Mans to the calendar in Season 4. Race 3 will be a series first with a night race as Race 3 at Le Mans.
