This is a recreation of the Top Gear, Series 10, Episode 3 (2007) "Veyron vs plane".
The Veyron must charge one mile down the runway and back. The RAF Eurofigther Typhoon must take-off and reach an altitude of one mile and return. "The last one to finish is a vegetarian..."
