Pretty good rainfall over the past four days. Was planning on getting the car out the shed over the weekend for a drive (hasn't been out in almost a month) but I can't complain. Will take whatever we can get.

We've got thundersnow right now in Glasgow!

We're currently experiencing the tail-end of Storm Ciara which brought strong winds and heavy rain to the entire UK yesterday, though Glasgow got off quite lightly.

Not a great week for Scottish schools to have a week's holiday (yes, really...) - the weather is meant to say ropey until Thursday when the next low pressure system hits...

Yesterday, the high was 70°F. Today, the high is 41°F and a pretty good chance of rain this afternoon. Spring cannot come soon enough!

My neighbour's shed came alive and decided to start flying around and landing on the road. Also, firewood and brick made to our driveway.

We've got thundersnow
Ah ah ah ah ah ah aah aah.

You've been...

Thundersnowed.

I almost got stranded in Shotts yesterday. Every road out of Shotts is uphill and there were lorries stuck on pretty much every one of them.

We've had a changing-every-ten-minutes mixture of bright sunshine and heavy snow/sleet/hail showers. It's generally been bright when i've been sat in the office and at it's very worst whilst out walking the dogs or popping out for a sarnie at lunch. Of course.

Today, Was supposed to have a light icing and maybe an inch of snow by 12 pm with a winter weather advisory.
6 pm, already around 4 inches of snow, under a Winter Storm Warning until 9 pm.
:banghead:

Well my snowfall was 2.5" all said and done.

Next 10 days, there is another snow coming.
Saying 21.1" of snow by end of day 28th.

Guess being under confident in yesterdays less an 1 inch, it's now over confident and putting too much as in 21.1 inches.

Sunny and cool today, Near 40 by the weekend.

I need snow, I haven't seen, touch or smelled (yes I can smell snow :mischievous:) snow this winter. this is the very first time in my life.

Another 2" of rain possible today. That can take us over 10" for the month with another week left to go. We have received just over 30% of our total average rainfall since January 1st.

The weatherman said that we can expect some melting snow. But .... mister weatherman, the winter is almost over.

Just from what I’ve been seeing, looks like a EF3 hit downtown Nashville, TN. I got a bunch of rain and lighting but 2 and half inch hail fell about 20 mins from my house.

So around here it's quite nice and well some of the government offices here are having fun with it.
A sunshine advisory was issued for a few days now.
Today there was a Car wash watch out.
Tomorrow will be a car wash warning and a windscreen fluid refill advisory.
