We just had our last cat put down about 3 months ago (huge tumour in her abdomen). About 5 or 6 weeks after the event we were speaking with a neighbour 5 or 6 houses down the street. She was wondering about our cat, mentioned that she hadn't been around. Found out that our Cleopatra took to spending Sunday afternoons over at their place watching sports with the neighbours husband and kids.

Sad story with a cool story. I like hearing stuff like that.

I can't eat dog due to ethical reasons, but I'm sure they taste like chicken.

It's suppose to taste like a leaner beef, at least that's what I've heard.

As I really don't care for either choice, I'll have to go with a dog because I am allergic to cat fur.

Only dog I'd like to have is one of those Corgies... My neighbor had one for about 8 years and that thing had no off button... when throwing tennis balls, frisbees, or sticks. Quiet dog otherwise.

It's a unique feature of labradors that their paws always smell of biscuits (US: crackers).

 That is so true. Although our Fox Terrier's paws were even more so, but i'd say a little more Digestivey.

Cats, I don't care if they defecate everywhere, they're CUTE!
Dogs are noisy and annoying and occasionally feel the need to hump my leg! :grumpy:
