This isn't for movie cars.the movie
Only a video can explain these two. Loved this show as an early teenager.
Oh terrific. I'm so looking forward to having that one in the public pollsAlan Partridge ... Rover 800
Did Herbie have his own TV series? I thought he was only a movie car.
Beverly Hillbillies
It actually did appear gussied up at one point, though. Seems to me it was a plot point in an episode, but I question the significance as it relates to the series. I'd refrain from mentioning Milburn's car for a similar reason, since he had a variety of Imperials over the show's run. This was actually the truck from The Beverly Hillbillies show.

That's how I feel about the Brady Bunch. They changed the cars all the time.It actually did appear gussied up at one point, though. Edit:
Yeah, I'm not the biggest fan but I'm sure I've seen most of the episodes through syndication, even if not in order.Ah ok I did not know that. I wasn't a huge Beverly Hillbillies watcher so I guess I never saw that episode. I do remember seeing Mr. Drysdale with a few different Imperials since that was one of the shows Chrysler sponsored.
I'll age myself here, I saw most shows first run.Yeah, I'm not the biggest fan but I'm sure I've seen most of the episodes through syndication, even if not in order.

As you could with Top Gear. I'm not sure how that would fit the brief of "the greatest television car in history" though. They have driven/crashed over 7,000 cars since 1996. You can probably post any car and claim it has been on the show.
And remember, I'll be cutting the list down before we have the GTPlanet poll to remove cars that were just not significant to their show. If it doesn't score at least three stars on IMCDB, it will likely not make it into the poll.I'll be taking suggestions from GTPlanet members of what the greatest television car in history was - or is.
I edited my two entries to reflect how many stars they got on IMCDB.org.And remember, I'll be cutting the list down before we have the GTPlanet poll to remove cars that were just not significant to their show. Say, why not go with the one from later in the series?
An old tv show me and my brother used to watch: Stingray
