Marijuana can trigger psychosis, but there's alot of ways that a psychotic episode can occur. The fact that he tested positive for marijuana and no other controlled substances doesn't make marijuana the culprit any more than it makes bath salts suddenly harmless again...

The Zombies have spread to china.
An intoxicated bus driver in China has been arrested after he allegedly attacked a woman and began gnawing on her face.
The incident occurred when the woman, identified as Du, was driving near a bus station in Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province when the man ran onto the street and blocked her car.
The bus driver, known as Dong, allegedly climbed on the car and started hitting the windshield while Du screamed inside, the Shanghai Daily reports.
When Du got out of the car a few minutes later to flee, the man jumped on her.
Witnesses said they attempted to pull Dong off the woman, but were unable to do so because he seemed so "crazy".
Police were able to subdue him, by which time witnesses said the woman's face was covered in blood.
She was taken to a nearby hospital to treat her torn nose and lips, but doctors said it would take two plastic surgeries to repair, according to news website What's On Dalian.
Police said Dong allegedly drank about 1.75ml of alcohol with some friends at lunch.
The incident comes after a man in Florida was shot dead by police in May after he refused to stop chewing the face of a homeless man.
Ronald Poppo, the 65-year-old victim, suffered severe facial damage in the attack.

I love how all of these attacks are now being linked to zombies somehow. These sorts of things happen all the time, it's just now they're being linked together to try and convince stupid people that a zombie attack is going to occur soon.

A half-naked man who was reportedly high on bath salts at a US golf course told police "don't make me eat you" as they arrested him.
Disturbing footage of the June 14 incident shows Karl Laventure, 21, rambling incoherently as officers pin him to the ground at the Atlanta Golf Center in Lilburn, Georgia.
Police were called after receiving reports of a hysterical man running around the driving range and through a pond, WSBTV reports.
The man reportedly admitted to police he was high on bath salts.
Officer Ross Hancock said the man was tasered after pepper-spray failed to affect him.
"He didn't even wipe his eyes, he just kept them open," he said.
"We had to tase him approximately five more times on scene to get him down. It took several officers to hold him down to get him cuffed."
The man can be heard saying in the video: "I'm gonna eat you. Four four. Oh God. Don't make me eat you."
"He was still talking gibberish, still cussing, still saying he wanted to eat us, eat other people," Officer Hancock said.
Officer Hancock said he had never encountered anyone behaving in this manner before.
There have been a number of "cannibal" incidents linked to the synthetic amphetamine cocktail known as bath salts in recent weeks.
A cyclist in Miami found a man named Rudy Eugene chewing off a homeless man's face in May. It was initially believed he was high on bath salts, but later revealed he had only used marijuana.
Louisiana man Carl Jacquneaux was reportedly high on bath salts when he bit off a piece of his neighbour's cheek in June.
Laventure has been charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Big flaw in his design. Those mutants could be killed with sunlight. Will had a underground lab with a corridor leading to the "safe" place behind the glass.

My gf has been all worked up about this isue aparently theres a new drug out on the streets that makes people crazy and they'll like bite big chuncks out of people or something like that nature
