I use a DS3, and I have serious oversteering problems with the Test Car (amazing as it is).

It turns wonderfully, but as soon as I apply throttle, it spins out, even if I use a TCS of 3-5.

Does anybody have a suggestion or two, so I can drive it at TCS = 1?

did you really use the same setup i posted?
its true that the Test Car tends to oversteer in 3rd gear after corner acceleration but since you have still that problem with TCS 3-5
(i drive with TCS off and have not that big problems even with a DS3)
i actually can only apply to you to check the settings again (LSD, tyres....) or not to max throttle in 3rd gear while exiting a corner.let it roll or use 4th gear instead.
did you tried it on the Ring?
because on flatter tracks you should try the settings from madmike1986 (page1)

Awesome Tune !! Watching my b-spec level 1 driver go to 4th in 45 seconds, just pasted the XJ229 lm race car for 3rd at the 4 min mark at Nurburgring!!!

14:45:86 for 2 laps with hard race tires. 8 th place overall , first time this bob has been to NURB. (he raced the Vitz race, took 4th there) Against R92CP, R8, Courage-Judd, TOYOTA 7, Jaguar race cars. Level 1 bob and YOUR tune :) Thanks man!

Round 2- Gran Turismo all stars-level 19. Same bob- now level6. I changed the brake setting to Front-9, rear 7. 1st lap- 2nd place 6:56:75

Just passes the finish line, had 3 horrific wrecks. 7 th place overall, 14:13:64 17.979 secs behind the winner, R8 race car....i'm impressed! thanks again

Awesome! Just killed a ZR1. :D 6:04,887 with a DS3 is quite okay I guess. May get a better time since I crashed once and I need a bit more practice with that car.

A 6:04 is pretty darn good on a controller. Lately Iv been averaging mid 5:50s in my zr1 RM. After making only 3 laps on my friends tune in my carbon ford GT I ran a 5:50 without aids. The for GT is a beast. Maybe with skid rec on I might get the ZR1 I. The 5;40's but driving with skid rec is pointless and boring.

Dear matnastty,

skid recovery on is never an option to beat a lap time driven without skid rec. I think its just like you compare an RM with its stock version. The grip level is totaly different.

Did i understand it right that you ran a 5:40 with your zr1 rm?! Upload that replay or even make a screenshot, it would be the fastest time for now in a zr1 rm on the nordschleife i think.

My grammar is poor so bare with me. I run average mid 5:50s I. The ZR1 RM. I think it may be possible to run in the high 5:40s with skid on. I do all my laps without any aids bit I notice alot of people post times with skid rec on.

Vince that tune you did for the Spec II has helped me out a tonne. Cheers for the time for doing it as for the American Champs, in Bspec none of the cars I had came close but with the Spec II (apart from not having to brake on indy in Aspec) my Bobs are now usually lapping the field.

Thanks again for that.

Cheers

FUD

a 5.50 is a very good time since the Test Car is harder to drive:tup: and do a lap record with skid rec on makes the time worthless imo
