well i've found no traction problems. but i got the driving aids on. should i turn them off?

Turn it off. Gear your lower gears lower to avoid wheelspin. TCS hurts your car heavily on the banking.

I did some testing today...and I got my TVR Speed 12 to 296.5mph! That was the first try too - it all went downhill after that. My lowest point was 283.3mph. I modified everything except for the brakes and it didnt improve but deproved the speed. That was with the supercharger. When I installed the turbo, things went even more downhill. My worst speed was done with the turbo

Today I´m go to try some speeds with the LMP´s and GT cars without wheelie. My aktual record is 353 mph with the Minolta but it don´t make much with the setup.
PS:Tires don´t make anything with your topspeed.
I made a test with R5 and R1 tires at the end I got nearly the same speed.

OK. I don't want to start in at everyone as soon as I get back, but I've been at a race meeting with no Internet access - I told you I would be away, and asked for some calm and a pause in speed posting until I got back. It wasn't even two full days, and I've missed about forty posts and a dozen speeds. I'll try to catch up on them as soon as I can.

Deathwish... Thanks for that. (At least one person listened ) It looks like I'll have some more work to do!

I don't want to get mad at people, one thing I pride myself on here is that in all two thousand posts, I don't think I've ever lost my cool and started shouting at someone. But please, please listen to me, OK? The leaderboard can't update itself, although I wish it could. I can't reply to your posts without a computer. Surely if I'm away, there is nothing to be gained by posting a speed? Can't you wait two days? Again, I don't want to get mad. But it's frustrating to see how many people completely ignored my post. I'm running this show on my own here, and if I'm not around you'll have to wait. Thanks to Leo and Viper for keeping things 'replied-to'.

First of all, congrats to all those who have recently broken records and are continuing to do so as I speak. It's been a while since I last posted, but what a sight the Leaderboard has become! 23 speeds all inside the tiny space of 1 mph (300-300.99 MPH) .

Anyway, I've just broken my Minolta record with a speed of 365.64 MPH . I'll post the video link within the next couple of days, as i'm kind of short on time at the moment. I'm confident that 366 can be broken, which I am ever so slowly inching towards. I still can't get over how fast these Toyota models can go! Let alone, all these luxury/sports cars.

I love it when the speedo gets to 299.99 and just stops, it gives that drive to keep going. I've been trying to get the Daihatsu Midget II above 200 KmH, so far, its taken longer to do that than it did to actually buy the car- No it's more like a golf kart buggy thing.....

As for my record-breaking speed in the Gt-r,, as I''ve told Leo in a pm I was thinking of not claiming first place for that DE,, cause I think it's a battle between you and Leo,, Also apparantly after my record-breaking run I wanted to go even faster but I might have screwed up settings and now I can't get pas 305Mph,, If I can't reach the 308mph at least two times I will not claim first place I will probably post the pic if Leo or you have surpassed me

I had a crazy idea like this some months ago.
How many hp do you need for 300 km/h?
I needed 109 with the Ginetta but i think it can be done with less the 100 hp.
