Can anyone please put the poll on top of this thread (or inform me if there already is such poll) about how many users have issues with T150 wheel? Thanks!

There is no poll because T150 is more reliable than T300.I have seen people who complain about T150 reliability but these cases are not many.

You can see the bottom screws of this picture:

There are seven more screws at the front. How to disassemble the front you can see from this video:
(This is T300 in the video but the disassembly of the front is the same as with T150,and pay attention to how to remove the top cover at 1:50)

My paddle shifter on the right side of my T150 is getting a bit loose. I can wiggle it up and down slightly, and it acts a little strange (dull noise and feels out of place) when I click it. What's happening to it?

Alright sorry for bumping this if dead but does anyone know a good table or something I can mount the wheel to. I don't need a full seat just something to hold the wheel in one spot solid. I just got the TMX today so holy cow what a difference from the old PS2 driving force I used to have ages ago
You need a wheel stand?
I took this one
SUPPORT E-CONCEPT SUPPORT VOLANT UNIVERSEL PRO DRIVING

It's good, stable and full metal
Two drawbacks
The assembly instructions are the worse I have seen in years
4 screws are too short, but any shop has longer replacement as they are standard

Anyone know what I need to do to fix an ongoing problem with the T150’s brake pedal calibration? I need to constantly recalibrate the pedals, unplugging the controller to get the brake to register 100% brake when fully depressed.
At random times, generally when first turning on my PS4 and starting GTS, I will jump into a time trial. The first time I use my brake it barely shows any movement on the meter. No idea why. At boot up, it goes through the normal calibration routine , but now after about 100 days of use, this happens. At first I would unplug the control and force another calibration. This worked. Now it only seldom works the first time. Now I’m doing this several times in a row and occasionally switching to the second USB port.
Anyone know if there is a fix for this or if there is a calibration for the pedals within GTS or possibly PS4 where I can set this up once or fix the issue?

Thank you!

This is normal, and part of the calibration process.

To properly calibrate the pedals you should enter any event or time trial (in GTS) and press the brake pedal firmly several times until you see the in-game meter go to it's full range. You also should run the other pedals through their full range of motion. This calibration process has to be done every time you first go into GT Sport.

Thank you, I’ll make this routine when logging in. I appreciate the help! :)

Been playing on saturday most of the afternoon and by the end of game time I noticed the throttle pedal being very sensitive and soft to press. I'm thinking the spring might got loose, anyone experienced this before?

T3PA pedals are very expensive and i don't want to upgrade now.

EDIT: I searched a bit online and seems that mailing the issue to Thrustmaster solves it - sort of. need to open up the casing to check.

I had a similar problem. The tension spring broke. I bought three small sized springs and fit the best one nicely between the pedal and base. They were your normal springs btw. Then carefully put the case/enclosure back together.

Cost $3, took about 15 minutes

Apparently the spring is fine, but I still get a weird play on the pedal, which wasn't there before. Brake pedal is still stiff and feels nice to press.

I'll investigate some more.

My spring did compress or lose range of motion before it snapped at the coil area. It failed at just the wrong time too.

Hello, after speaking with Thrustmaster support, I asked for them to send me a replacement spring for both gas and brake pedal ( even tho this one is fine ), actually two pieces of each to have as a spare, which I paid for, since my wheel isn't covered by warranty anymore.

For future reference:

Gas spring: 6 Euro
Brake spring: 6 euro
Shipping to EU country: normal service 2.76 Euro, courier 14.54 Euro

I opted for Courier and they sent it via FedEx, tracked.

Cheers

Coming back with some updates, receive the springs today and already swapped them. Upon removing the old one, the crack is noticeable, something I haven't seen before. Cleaned the area and greased the new one.

Wow. Good thing you went with your gut and ordered the new springs. Ended up being a simple thing like that was causing the issues eh. Might be a help for others experiencing similar.
I wonder how it got broke to begin with though.
