Great tune Pmjg/Dalone . Very helpful as usual.

I mean really is it so hard to remove TT times that actually write sports hard in the description? Anyway to make this Tt more fun(since I am useless with fgt) i have 3 WRX sti 10 and they are competeing against eachother diff tunes upgrades. So far Pmjg/Dal is winning

For years, those who win the TT cheat (Tc-Amo,Pbonelli, IMMORTALPILOT continue??....) they are the first to be banned! you complain about everything and cry if you do not win a TT .... learn not to cheat too!

So your saying that if your on the leader board with a fast time your cheating ?

Have you ever raced any of the top guys on the leader board ? I do on a weekly basis immortal is at top for a reason he is that quick same goes for the other guys in top 50 there that quick and deserve to be there I'm sitting at 120th right now with a 12.5 and I'm not complaining I'm practicing to improve so that can get closer to their times I suggest you do the same instead of complaining

Was thinking, why do players who "test" cheated......even know how to cheat? As for being quick anyhow, that doesnt mean you wouldnt cheat. Barry Bonds was going to be a hall of famer anyhow,,, but he juiced to be even better.

Alcoholgym should just throw names out like that, of course you can say what you want on messageboards.

Thank you very much Dalone and Pmjg!
I just improved to 1:33.778 using your tune. Although I used torque 45/55
I could not get the transmission settings that you have specified, so I used mine and overall it is much better than my tune.
Massive Thanks 👍👍
Thanks to Dalone for taking the time to post the settings, not had much time for gt5 at the moment.

On pad now as the wheels buggered ! :grumpy:

if anyone of my friends can borrow my blue subaru to test it....coze my fingers are very hurt....

i think that its very fast >>> its a mixed of ideas and tunes (pmjg66,Dalone)...maybe gear box has some problems

thank you

Awesome tune pmjg. I use pad and AT also, so I am very chuffed to be ranked 200 so far. 1.33.693 with mostly your tune but I use 44/55 torque because it seems to keep traction on rear tyres.

I hope PD hurry and remove the dodgy times. And they better not delete the whole event because it could be my personal best and maybe first time on the leader board. If I lose my best Nscore I might start slaying some peasants myself!

Seriously, that is bull. As others have said : it's not because you're fast that you're cheating. And even if they were cheating, wouldn't PD have found out by now? If they were cheating, wouldn't they look like complete idiots if they qualified for the regional GT Academy finals?
Some guys are really just that good. There are quite a lot of people that are faster than me, but do I go and spout false accusations? As for this part : "you complain about everything and cry if you do not win a TT" , you're a lot worse by accusing them of cheating without having any kind of proof

Hi Suba, just finished doing 6 or 8 laps in your blue car. I didn't find it faster than my own so tried your white car, which I think is actually quicker.

The white one seems to be pmjg's tune, which is my favourite. I don't think the engine upgrade in the blue car makes it better than using the Titanium exhaust instead.

I prefer to stay with no engine upgrade but to fiddle with camber, toe, weight etc instead. Of course we all drive differently and may well find benefits in one thing or another which another may not.

If you feel it's faster I'd stick with it for a bit and maybe try some other changes, but it's just not faster for me.
Cheers mate and thanks for sharing.

Just improved my time by .04 without even trying on my 2nd timed lap using pmj's tune and that was with power mods rather than weight reduction. Hope to find more. :D

EDIT: Bought another car and did weight reduction instead of power and am now at a 1:33.093. More to come. :D

1:33.033

thanks Dalone that you tried with the blue subaru...the truth is that i did few Red laps in 1.34.000 but i was very tired and i think that gearbox is one of the troubles..anyway i ll try tomorrow again with blue...the white (pmjg's tune) is my favorite too...see the posts with change in camber 1,6 /0,8..i did 1.34.4xx i think but i can go faster....but the biggest problem for me is the AT gearbox...i loose many time coze i have use it,i cant play with MT gearbox:(

Sometimes I do wonder if running AT, as opposed to MT, is really a disadvantage. There are quite a few people running AT in the top 250.
I think it has to do with the fact that the car never "overrevs" so it doesn't lose time bouncing of the revlimiter.
Sometimes when I'm not paying attention I lose a bit of time because of the fact that it's bouncing off the limiter.

My issue with the FGT is that I run AT, and the issue with that is that any corner I accelerate in 3rd out of, the car stays on the rev limiter and spins the tires. I ran a few laps with a MT, and the tire spin was no problem, just there are too many shifts for me to do this with my DS3.

Here is the tune on pmjg's WRX STi '10 which I and others are using. Pmjg is on 1:33.265 and I am currently on 1:34.260.
Again, thanks pmjg for sharing and allowing me to post your tune here.

All weight reductions, no engine adds except for Titanium exhaust and sports ECU, plus the usual clutch flywheel stuff etc.

I found final gear at 3.705 beneficial and front toe at -0.03, but the latter is subject to experiment.

Good luck anyone who gives it a try.
Thanks, and can you go over the transmission tune sequence for us?

Just binned a lap that was just over 2 tenths up going way too deep into the last corner at Motegi. :ouch:

Aiming for a 1:32.8xx for sure now thanks to pmj's tune. 👍

Found out that running just the ECU without changing the oil gave you 306bhp @480pp but running without the ballast was even better.

I haven't run a TT for a while now, actually TT41 was my last one that I gave some effort to.

But I decided to give this FGT one a go because I quite like doing single-seaters round Monaco Cote D'Azur.

Had fun creating my own tune, cracked a sub-1:13 which currently places me around the P200 mark, with possibly some room for improvement.

Was set on continuing to find a quicker time, but after wading through 18 pages of this thread only to learn that cheating is still going on, I'm reluctant to bother investing the time any more with TTs. What's the point?

Roll on GT6.

My sediments exactly.

llls19999,,,,,,,,,,,,, think you reset to default then set max speed to 210 km and you should be able to set gears then

I tried your setup bandit.. Managed a 1:15 somthing. I'm in the top 1500 haha.

The wheel is going to take a lot more practice than I anticipated. I usually only get one clean lap in out of every 10. The first hour a tried I didn't get one clean lap. Oh well. Making progress.

It usually takes a good week just to be up to a half decent speed. It'll probably take a while before you match/surpass your DS3 speed (which is why so many give up).

I'm greatly improving. I have gotten to the point where I can safely use the wheel without spinning. I just have to get comfortable with it so I can whip the car around again with confidence. Now I am concentrating on the amount of initial turn in to give the car, Since I have that option now.. with the DS3 it was just move.... the.... stick. Now I have to modulate how much I turn in. I'm finding it hard to get the car to slightly over rotate and then control it (which seems to be the secret in gt5 when it comes to lap times) After that I think I should practice drifting for a bit so I can master counter steering. Everytime I get the car in a slide and save it i'm like YEAH BOY THAT WAS AWESOME.. Usually that is not the case lol... I love the wheel. Lots of fun.

Question though.. How are you guys getting around the hairpin in the FGT TT. I have to rotate the **** out of the wheel to the point where I am doing hand over hand... Should I practice the sliding a bit or get used to the hand over hand?
