I've searched and come up empty :( Probably haven't figured the correct search terms. I did find how to export, transfer, & zip, etc. Just not where.

Where would a noob find say doodlemonoply's replay/ghost file to import so it can be chased? Is there a club to join, a secret handshake maybe, or shared among PSN friends?

Also:
How might I share mine, assuming I get a lot better/faster?

That would explain some of it. Still; i've been around since about TT40 and neither the LM road nor the previous Integra has been up before...

I have been around the TT's for a very long time. The NSX has been used before and is the best car for this TT. The GSX that the others are using are, in my opinion, hacked/hybrid/or otherwise tainted cars. I too have tried out a legit GSX and it is nowhere as good for this TT as the NSX is. As I have said before, I have not yet dissected any replays, but now with this GSX being used, I think I will just to see exactly how they are allegedly cheating.

Yeah buddy!! Be rude not to :D

Awesome... will I see you in 'the old place'?

Hopefully we can get the old crew together and rekindle some of the GT5P/GT5 atmosphere.

I sent Rudi a message for old times sake and I think Ramon might be around :)

If only PD use better restriction, like Euro cars or Italian or German RWD cars only. Would be much more fun to find the quick car :)

Just tried out the car you have on share! Straight away I was in the 2:32s but not fast enough in the middle sector with all that weight! So, I removed all ballast from the car and changed the power limiter to bring it back to 550pp, and after 3 laps I did 2:31.081 👍 Didn't even change any of the other settings!

Awesome time , just little changes to the tune from last time. I will remove the ballast from the car :) and share it again.

Anyone care to give the Nissan R33 GTR LM a go ? I will give it some tuning, and share it.

The GSX that's on top 10 which has replay is using front and rear downforce - 20 at the front and 45 rear, and the sports hard tire :grumpy: that's low. I have inspected the car from Tony55- 283HP, 550PP, 761kg, 1090.4 km on the odo.

While the other GSX from YESHUA also uses front and rear downforce 25 front and 45 rear - comfort soft. Both tune are nothing special.

These 2 guys are definitely cheating.

Why would it make any difference? Someone would find the find the fastest car for the given PPT and everyone would use it... just like it is now

The fast guys aren't stupid... it's very rare that the fastest car at the end of a TT changes from the fastest car on day 1.

if you think you can, go find a better car for this TT 👍

I don't think it constitutes being stupid if one is not able to immediately pick out the fastest among a variety of cars -if you're fast or not yourself.

I certainly don't think i can find a faster car!

I was merely curious about how people come up with the right car so fast -and as it would seem this Honda fx was there before, i will settle with the predecided explanation -thank you!

Perhaps stupid wasn't the right word... but often they'll be members of smaller GT communities, where there'll be multiple very fast drivers testing cars from the off.

And the fastest drivers will likely be able to identify the best car more quickly than someone of lesser ability as their speed and consistency will enable them to discount slower cars more easily.

From one noob to another, on the leaderboard there are ghost files for the top 10 (I think) leaders that you can view and download to run against. Doesn't help me much as they are out of sight pretty quick, but you can watch their lines and get some help from that. Hope this helps, go cocks.

The in-game leaderboard? I'll load it up 'n check it out.

What i tend to do is upload his replay on the first day before he really gets going you then stand a slight chance to keep the back end in sight:lol:

:( The Nismo R33 GTR LM is not a contender against the NSX ... heavy and less responsive even with the max downforce.

The GSX that's on top is using front and rear downforce - 20 at the front and 45 rear, and the sports hard tire :grumpy: that's low. I have inspected the car from LEONIS - 283HP, 550PP, 761kg, 1090.4 km on the odo.

If these tt were to use racing soft tyres would that solve the problem

Managed a 2:38.6 using Stotty's and Ridox's tunes. Its very difficult for me to control the rear end of the NSX with the DS3. It becomes very difficult to modulate the throttle on exits after a stage. Have lost so many good laps because of my inability to control the car. Will keep at it though. You guys are doing an awesome job. Thanks to all the people here posting tunes for people like me.

The top 10 is very fast so best thing to do is to try something else, I think its possible to export those reply ghost files so you could share them with someone . Say your time is 1:39 and your buddy does 1:38:5, that's a time one could follow. I think you could export it first to a stick than mail it to your buddy than one could, Im guessing, put it on the stick and import it. Never done it but worth a try ;)

That would just encourage Immortal Pilot to participate

Then, i think, when were allowed to use Racing Soft in this TT i would be awesome also :sly: i dont want to brag or anything, but i concider myself fast when it comes to RS tyres, i just dont know how to control a car thats so slippery like NSX, and with DS3, and that shows my laps 2.35.9xx also :irked:

Wouldnt it be godlike when PD next TT would be GT500 cars and Racing soft and Skid allowed, everybody could go Fast(what were supposed to do right - ina racing game), not like, he/she who controls the slippery car better wins(wth), sometimes i think what a douchebag made this TT  letting us drive a powerful car with a comfort tyres geez...
Let us drive ONCE 500PP car with a Skid on and RS tyres. Margins would be so small...
Just a thought and a wish...
No offence, Cheers

This is my first TT since the SuperGT one at Fuji some months back and for the time being I'm on a pad which makes things harder to get back into it.

How much is the Honda to buy? I tried a random Aston earlier and came out of Eau Rouge backwards so aborted that and now at work anyhow :D

Also does anyone have any advice for using the pad? Any dos and don'ts?

Just did a 2:31.778 putting me in 2nd place! (excluding the cheater) Was an amazing last sector, and I've been a tenth or so faster round the rest of the lap than I was on this lap!

Don't you mean 2:30.778 ;) I bet you will beat even Leonis soon, aim for 2:29s

I tweaked the tune a little bit, remove the ballast, I haven't test it again, see if you can get faster with it, you can post the tune :) I can't get on PS3 right now.

Just improved by over a second to 2:36:288 using a Praiano loaner. Have asked if he is ok for me to share his tune. Was pretty stable using a DS3.
