I'm done now. I think i can shave 0.300 nailing all the track but i would need too much time for this.
I'm happy with this. Next.

This car accelerates like a rocket, brakes very well, but the complete lack of meaningful downforce makes it a nightmare to take through speedy corners. The final sectors are painful to drive when you know how easily other cars can take those turns.

The problem with this car is, it's supposed to have thrust vectoring from the plasma engine for downforce. So if you're off throttle, it basically loses half of its downforce. Watch the intro video from 4:15. Of course, we don't know if GT physics engine also supports this kind of behaviour. For all we know it might not even be modelled and that's why it handles like crap in the high speed turns. The 4 wheel steering also makes the handling weird and inconsistent.

Great car for photomode, terrible for track driving. Like all the other VGTs...

I find it really interesting that the Laguna Seca TT allows the use of any N-class vehicle. You could make so much more of that than PD is doing though. You could have seperate leaderboards for each class or even each individual car model. I wish PD would do something similar as a Daily Race for once...

Anyway, just for the fun of it I jumped into my stock-condition Fiat 500 and set a laptime. Result is a 2:38.218. You may laugh at that but I actually managed to beat a Pagani Huayra

The slowest recorded laptime is an 11:52.750 in a LaFerrari. They probably went to the restroom halfway through the lap.

@COLOMBIAMIGUE7, i set first the final speed to 2,326. But I have a small difference on max speed for 4 and 5 gear. 1 more km/h
:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: Sorry i don't know , i think it is an old configuration before update . I've changed some ratios perhaps. Anyway , you can base you on the kmh. The most important are 2d 3rd and 4th gears. 1st is only to stick to some slow apex.
Good luck.

Thank you very much my friend, I went up a few places with your configuration, the truth is that it is difficult to drive this car without making a mistake on the race line again, thank you.

You 're right , my TT settings normally are this way , hard to drive , but very fast if you nail everything. This is also i almost never publish those extremes cars in my garage with so much power on skinnies tires. After a couple of days i'm tired about the challenge , only the search is fun , not the drive.

If your Setup is wonderful, I need to do a few laps to get used to the details of the car's operation, especially the braking points.

This laguna TT seems to be very close in the top 25 . Must find 0.1s to climb to top 10

I have a pretty killer setup, just need to get my act together :lol:
Will post it later for you guys to test.

Thanks my friend
I'll be ready to try it, I'm also working on one, let's see if it's enough to be in the top 10

^I've been looking at the cars people use who are above me in the rankings. Apart from the F1, Huayra and WRX there are also a few interesting choices like 911 GT3, LaFerrari, GT-R Nismo and Amuse S2000. I tried all of them quickly and none of them are faster than the WRX for me. You'd need a lot of tuning and much better skills to go faster in those.

I think some people do this to find out how many people are doing their TT. You can't really get this info anywhere else. Kudosprime shows total players but only after TT is finished.
