I dunno how I did it, because I didn't.

This is by far the hardest. Worse than MC20 at Bathurst hard.

This TT can suck it. If I lose my year-long gold streak from this then PD and P1 are on my naughty list for 2024. This combo is infuriating.

Are you guys using the handbrake anywhere else besides the hairpin type T5?

Tickle of handbrake (and I mean a tap) on the second left of the double left hander, just to get the rotation. Hoping Shooter doesn't have another 3 tenths in their locker so I can get back onto La Sarthe.

After I saw what is the new TT, I went straight back to LeMans, having done only 2 short sessions, I sat at 3:27.8xx.

Gave the Nissan couple of laps this morning, got it down to 3:27.1xx, and right out of nowhere, I did a 3:26.2xx which I masterfully invalidated by a milimetre in the last chicane, so I knew the 25s were possible.

And after the first proper evening session, goal was not achieved but I'm very close, just need to find the time in the next couple of days to do another 2-3 hours and I think I'm there :)

Pffff...... this even took me some miles to gold on Nokia setup on the first try, this was the hardest in a while for me, some room left.
But it was all I was scared for, was better if it were a bit oversteery.
Long lefthander before the laast chicane is an absolute nightmare on the pad...

Got into the 46' though, not to Shaabbyy

On a pad?! I spent 2 hours on my wheel trying and couldn't clinch this. You're a different kinda specimen for this.

Show off 😛

ok....fine...I was kidding....

Anyway....I never like this track or any type of rally cross track. To me, they are just so unflowing. If it is a regular rally track we have, I might give it a go (remember Lake Louise? That was tough but I went for it).

I guess different folks different strokes. I enjoyed the LeMans TT even it was pretty tough. I somehow get into a zone when driving that track. But for this one....nope_not_here.....

Pass on this nonsense. Having to back up every lap for that last couple tenths (or apparently in this case, much needed tenths) gives one an entirely new perspective on the stupidity of invalidating the next lap 3 turns away where it has no bearing whatsoever. The game appears to be "Whatever we can do to disrupt the player's rhythm, stall improvement and discourage use", not "We want to encourage the player to improve and enjoy their overall experience". Hard Earned Top 1000 streak ends at 12, I'm not doing this one. :grumpy:

I understand your sentiment, but you don't actually have to back up to start each lap. If you drive to that section behind the line and just rip a 90degree turn in 1st gear and quickly switch to second, it's just as quick. Not as tedious and you can choose to bail out of a slow lap to start another quite smoothly that way.

Not sure if I'll bother with the new TT. After having learned the course through various weekly challenges, I found out I absolutely suck around there. Not enjoyable for me at all. So, while most everyone else is thrashing about there, I decided to go back to LeMans instead. A (mostly) error free lap for once! :dopey: And it showed with a gain of half a second. Note I did have a 27.1 invalidated earlier in the session after barely touching the gravel in the Dunlop Chicane. I'll take it, though.
